I absolutely love this! I had wondered how to make a good, functional spoon rest without a wheel. Thank you for this tutorial. I just need to find something awesome for the center. Maybe a sprig of pine or a fern leaf? Who knows?

Both sound like great choices! Glad you enjoyed the video. 🙂

I love the stamp...where did you find it? or can I purchase it from you?

I found it at a clay conference. I think it is actually for printing on cloth. I love it but it is kind of falling apart. 😕

Great idea Andrea! Did you seal your spoon rest with anything? Is that air dry clay or clay that has to be fired in a kiln? I work w/ polymer clay and air dry clay and I'm always looking for new ideas....ideas that can be used and aren't just decoration.

Thank you! It is clay that is fired in an electric kiln with glaze. I don't know much about polymer clay and it's food safety. Would you be able to seal it with something to make it food safe?

I will most likely use air dry clay. I'm not sure what type of sealer to use but I will research it :)
