The punch is a great idea for removing the pivot. I have a few assorted sized chopsticks that I use for that.

Do you know the hardware sizes for washers and bushings for these please?

It’s a .280” OD x 3/16” ID ~.128”L bushing. Washers are .020”Th x .375”OD x 3/16” ID

I heard that it can drag from being to tightened but he does that on purpose? He made it so you sont have to over tighten it I guess? Also thank god finally someone who prefers screw zen pins! I don't understand the hate in the community for them!

People do tune bushings in different ways, but I didn’t crank on it crazy hard, and I would consider them to be undersized. Perfect bushings shouldn’t seize when super cranked on, or tightened a little less than absolute max.

@@cutmyfingerYT I agree actually and I was just saying what I heard. I actually believe it's an excuse others use for him and he used himself. All he has to do is get different ones or size it different but he isn't doing that. I absolutely agree they sre undersized and he's the only maker I've seen peoppe make excuses for with undersized bushings all because he said he does it this way on purpose and that it's meant to be that way or some shit lol.
