* I shared a similar video many months ago. But many of you shared that it was hard to see. So I re-shot it today. I hope that this is helpful. I wish that someone shared this tip when I was struggling with my undereyes. I would really appreciate it if you would share this video. I love chatting with you so please leave me a comment below. Hope you have a great weekend!*
You're welcome😊I was looking at the new IT concealer last time I was at Ulta. But after looking at it and feeling the consistency and you it wasn't going to work under my eyes so I didn't purchase it. But I was thinking about purchasing it and reviewing it. But I had a feeling I wasn't going to like it. Let me know what you think about the Lancome once you try it.
Anne I have recently purchased Tight Eye by Science Serum and though it is pricey, it really helps me reduce the creepiness under my eyes. It also gets better with repeated use. Of course, I don't use it everyday and so your techniques really help me. Thank you. Wanted to tell you about Tight Eye because it has really helped me.
Hi Anne, thank you for your video. Did you manage to avoid the crepeness due to the quality of the product? Or is it because you didn’t powder under the eyes?
Just came to your channel. Haven’t even watched the whole video yet and have to take a moment and say THANK YOU for the close ups. I so appreciate that you get your face to close to the screen. It helps so much. I will keep watching bc of this!!
Thank you for the video. I am so glad to hear someone say I don’t have to set the under eye, I’ve tried a million times to do that and it NEVER looks good.
Absolutely perfect!! I had just ordered the lancome effecernes and I cannot wait to try it!!! Thank you Anne!! You are a life saver. I totally trust your judgment because I know from following you just for while that you are a straight shooter. I love that you don't have to use loose powder to set this as well. That really emphasizes my wrinkles, so thank you sooooo much🤗 Sheri
On those really hot muggy days, I have dampened the beauty blender with just a touch of setting spray and it seemed to work well to keep everything where it belonged meaning I could skip any powder at all!
Max Allen-MacDonald yes that's exactly what I do as well. I will even sometimes set lightly with a powder to keep my shadows and mascara from transferring under my eyes but when I'm finished with my makeup I will then take the sponge dampened with setting spray to melt the powder and take away the dry crepiness. It works very well.
I swear you are not 51! You have amazing skin! I am 46 and due to sun damage and health issues with dark circles and quite deep tear troughs... I only just recently discovered this technique and it does work... and yes to no powder!!! So nice to see someone focusing on real issues that women with more years face! Thank you! Am a bit over the triangle concealer half over the face as it just doesn't work for me. I can do this and just add B.B. or a sheeted our foundation with great results. New subscriber and a big thank you!
I so appreciate your willingness to get in close and show what things REALLY look like. Too many of the 30-something gurus shoot video from 6 feet away. They talk about their “wrinkles” and it just makes me laugh. I wish I could transport myself 20 years into the future and find out if they are still painting shape tape over half their face!
I am really enjoying your no BS no nonsense style. So glad I found your channel! I’m 62 so I need truth in advertising in my quest for better skincare/beauty products. I also get a chuckle and that’s always a great thing lol.
Thank you so much for this video!! I bought the same Lancome product a while back and stopped using it because my application was just, well, horrid. I used it for my nose and that was about it. Lately I have been learning about concealers and bought the Maybelline Rewind, but wasn't as impressed as I thought I should be. My two take-aways from your video were where to apply it and how. Once I stopped dragging the concealer underneath my eye and blending it with my finger, things changed! That beauty sponge is amazing! I am so glad you pointed out just to apply where you need it under the eye, and that it doesn't have to be underneath the entire eye. And, of course, using that sponge is fantastic. (For those who don't see the point yet, you don't know what you are missing!) You mentioned that you don't apply the setting powder with the Lancome concealer - it didn't work for me either! Thank you for showing me how to use the great concealer I already had!!
I am so glad I found your videos. Being 50, your tips are wonderful. Thank you for sharing with us. You make it so honest older women. Thanks for keeping it real.
I love your videos. Finally someone who shows what really happens around the eyes (I have the same problem). I find your videos very interesting. Thank you very much!
Thank you! I have what I’ve often referred to as ‘Uncle Fester’ dark circles. They were the reason I started wearing makeup as a pre-teen. I’ve never been satisfied with the results of concealers. I thought my choices were dark circles or caked on concealer. Now at 51 I’ve learned the secret! Thank you so much, Anne. I love your videos and advice.
Thank you for sharing this! I have a terrible time with my under eyes! It seems like I have tried so many things and was disappointed when they didn't work. I now understand the technique of less is more and it works so much better!!
I use this concealer too & I think part of the magic is the concealer. It's not drying, but it sets so I don't need to use powder. And it sets fast enough so I can keep it out of my finest lines with a few extra pats of my finger.
Well Anne I must say I'm impressed with the way you demonstrated the concealer's pros and con, I liked the close ups, so we can really see what's going on when applied, will definitely try it with the Lancôme, when I use setting powder and eyeshadow , my eyes water so badly, I mean really badly! So everything I do gets washed away with it, so thank you xx
I didn't see the first one, new sub. This tutorial is fantastic. I use & love Effacernes but never realized I don't have to powder set it!!!! Saves time & yes I do see the improvement. Not to mention cutting out a step! Thanks!
Hurray 🙌🏼. This was so helpful and helpful for us mature women. It’s always a struggle when it comes to concealer. Excellent review Anne. Thank you. Hugs 🤗
Thank you so much for doing this video Finally someone who cannot use powder to set their under eyes As well as not being able to use the age rewind concealer I definitely need to get this counselor Thank you so much
That was awesome results, I quit wearing makeup for a few years because it just made it worse. Menopause and all that fun stuff did a number on me, now that I can say I’m finally through it and feeling better I started to try makeup again but still had that nasty creepy under my eyes , can’t wait to do my makeup again and try this , if I get the same results as you do I will be overjoyed.
Great video Anne. I think you showed how if you use just a little (not like the big swoop with the other concealers) and not powder it does make a difference. It is really the technique and of course finding the right concealer for you. I have been wanting to get the Lancome concealer but haven't ventured there yet. Have a wonderful weekend xo
Thanks so much for your tips and tricks! I have went through so many concealers. I stopped even wearing makeup because all the money I was spending just made me look even older. I believe I have found a new beauty product but more importantly a wonderful instructor to beautiful days in my future.😊
I just came here to say that I'm 19, I've bought the effacernes concealer but wasnt able to make it work well on my skin till I see your video, I went downtown and bought a small sponge AND NOW IT WORKS! THANK YOU
Anne, thank you so much for sharing your experiences with how to apply under eye concealer without accentuating wrinkles! That's the last thing we need to do while we are fighting this aging process!!!
I love that effacernes too. I spread a tiny amount between two pointer fingers, then pat all under eyes. I set with a tiny bit of powder. The Angie technique from “Hot & Flashy”. Thanks Anne💋
I had watched your old vid on this and it helped me immensely and I bought the Lancôme concealer as it works for me as well ! Thank you so much for making a updated vid as I’ve been using my finger not a beauty blender but I will now ! Ty !!
Than you so much for this tutorial, I saw the earlier one where you used the Lancôme concealer and loved how it worked for you so off I went and bought it too and it also works perfectly for me! The tiniest bit sure is all you need. Thanks Anne! Xx
I watched your original video earlier this summer and have been using the Lancome product and using your techniques. I am about your age and found your advice to be extremely helpful Thanks for the updated video.
Hello! I’m a new sub that came over after watching your collab with Stephanie Marie. I just turned 48 last week so I am going to binge watch your videos this weekend! I watched a couple so far and subscribed right away. 👍🏻🥰
THANK YOU!! I have struggled finding a concealer that doesn't settle into the crepey little lines under my eyes. I'd tried Tarte Shape Tape and Maybelline Age Rewind and numerous others that everyone said was "great" but for my 50 year old eyes they were NOT great. This was an awesome recommendation!!
I’ve tried many brands and many techniques to get my under eye to look flaw less. I’ve now been putting on Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream and MAC Prep+Prime Highlighter on before any concealer. The concealer that looks best on me is BareMinerals bareSkin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer in Fair. The Light is too yellow on me. It just takes a lot of trial & error to get the right concoction. Days I do set it; I use Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder for Under-eye. I’m pretty sure the moisturizer is what helps my under eye look the best because days I’m in a hurry they end up looking awful. So you gotta sit and give your under eye moisturizer time to soak in. Wayne Goss even says just keep applying and waiting 15min in between until you get the right moisture under there so you won’t look dry.
I bought this a couple weeks ago after watching another one of your videos and it is a game changer! Like in my top five makeup game changers I have discovered! Thank you!! I was laughing out loud at the demo of how other people do it!! So true! 😂🤣😂🤣😂
oh, this video is SO much easier to see. The other one you're whited out (is that word ??!! LOL)... Thank you. thank you for doing it again. You're so beautiful.
I think I have about 100 differnt concealers. It's very frustrating. Powder difinitely ages us as well. I've just been using my stick foundation as concealer with no powder and a little erase paste or Boing brightner from Benefit which works pretty well. But still I do have the concealer that you used in your video so I will try it again just to give it another chance. Great video. The prep is also key with concealer as well. If you're dry when you start it won't go well.
Thank you so much! This was so helpful. I’m almost 49 & have noticed so many skin changes in the last 2 years. I’m having to find new products and new routines. I have not had any Botox or procedures. I’m just trying to do the best I can with skin care and makeup
Hi Mona I'm so glad that this was helpful. Yep same here I haven't had any procedures as of yet. And I hope I never do. I want to do what I can with good skincare and the correct makeup application.
Hi Anne and greetings from Tasmania.I just saw a video of you about a year ago and you have short dark hair and wow the difference in having lighter hair and how it makes you look so much younger is quiet amazing.More makeup tutorials and your best glow products, bronzers and blushes please, would be appreciated. Thanks again and take car❤
As always...thank you, thank you!!! I can’t tell you how many people do not believe I just turned 70!!! Great genes from Annie my mom and great tips from Annie my beauty guru!!!❤️
I have tried the Lancôme and Instant Age rewind, both work but I much prefer the Lancôme. You also recommend the Charlotte powder and the Shiseido BB cream (I hated it at first lol) ... every time I use one of your suggestions they work, you knock it out of the park almost every time! Much thanks!
I know you did this a year ago but I just found it now. Thank you SO much for doing this! I’m having a very hard time with my under eyes!! Ughhhhhhh I just subscribed!
AnneP makeupandmore hi!!! Yes! I’ll be sure to watch it. I love a veil of powder under my eyes because it reduces the appearance of my under eye wrinkles. 😊Looking forward to watching!!!
I'm just seeing this now 😂 I linked the other video in your last comment on another video. Sorry I should have linked that one but I was away from my computer. Hope you're having a great day😘
Oh those undereyes, always a problem, mine have good days and bad days even if I do the same thing! But I do find the blender does the best job consistently as well, and I can get away with a little powder to set I still have the Lancome concealer on my list to try, maybe during the fall Sephora sale! Great demo!
Thank you, thank you!!!!! Always looking for new ways to apply concealer without it looking like the Sahara under my eyes 😆 Everyone always raves about the age rewind concealer and it just does not work for me either. Looking forward to trying Lancôme. Really appreciate the close ups as well - helps to be able to REALLY see what the concealers look like once applied 👌🏼
Annie, ¡¡this was a very good demo about such a special and problematic zone of all woman´s face!!, the don'ts and do´s were so clear.... Thank you and loves😘
Thank you!!! I will try the lancome. I use the lancome duel finish compact etc...It's a company I trust. I've been trying everything for my circles. Again, thanks!!!
I’ve seen so many people say great things about this concealer. I mainly use my BareMinerals concealer, but I think I’ll have to check out that Lancôme.
Oh. My. Gosh. I have been struggling to find a concealer and application technique that work for me. I feel so much better knowing that A. I’m not the only one who has tried all the UA-camr favorites but not liked them and B. I’m not crazy for thinking powdering always makes it look worse. I will try your recommendations. THANK YOU!!
Going to go get some of that Lancôme. I’ve spent a fortune on concealers to cover my terrible dark under eyes. Stumbled over your channel and you will now be my “go to” for make up tips. Great stuff. Ps...any ideas for very deep set eye makeup? I spend my life trying not to look like something out of a Hammer horror!
My fine lines usually don't show up until I put concealer under my eyes. Its a struggle. I haven't used the Lancome but it looks great. Thanks for the helpful tip. Enjoyed!
I can’t believe the difference that made. Lancôme should sponsor you because after that video, I want to buy that product because of how good it looked. I know you said that we did not have to use the Lancôme, but do you have any drugstore options that have the same consistency &/or effect
This was super helpful, Anne, thank you!! I haven’t used any Lancôme products for years, but am going to give this concealer a shot. I think I have officially hit their target demographic (maybe I’m way past 😂) and I need to give it another go. Love watching your videos, they are always practical and well done. Have a blessed day!! ❤️
Great video. I boght this concealer after watching your last video,it works perfectly. The one from lancome and the one from clarins are two I use the most. I have a drawer full of trial and error concealers. 👍 upp from Norway.
Great video. I ordered my Lancome Concealer from Zulily and just recently received it. Very excited to use it. I love your videos and advice. I will let you know how it goes. XOXO
My undereyes are the BAIN of my existence! Thank you for the tips - I will try them out. I already have the Effacernes (by the way, the pedantic English teacher in me decided to contact Lancome to ask the pronunciation, and they said it's "eff-a-serns"). Anyway, thank you! "No powder, Kim, no powder!"
Have you done videos from start to finish including sunscreen and have you ever done a complete makeup look with only drugstore products thank you so much for your time enjoy your videos
Thank you so much for not using powder to set! I felt I am too stupid to conceal my under eye area becauce setting with powder never worked and made it worse!
Anne, I’ve been trying to just hit my super dark circles with concealer and not my entire under eye.. I think I see a difference! I have to stop powdering tho- ack!!
Yes, before applying your concealer apply a color corrector. Lancome has one that I use and recommend. It's peach and will cancel out the purple in your dark circles. Use very little like not much more than a pin prick. A little goes a long way. Blend well then apply your concealer on top and again blend well.
Hola Anne! I am following you due to Lisa J recommendation!! Saludos!. Absolutely agree... no powder no powder!! I do not set my concealer (maybe you would like to try Sephora Touche lumiere lissante concealer, I am 56 with a very very dry skin due to suppplementary oxigen medical use, and works very well!! ) nor my foundation! Will keep watching your videos! Saludos de Mexico.
I don’t wear concealer often, but if I do, it’s the Lancôme one you use. I think the shade I purchased is a bit light for me - or, possibly I need color correcting prior to using it. By the way, you look gorgeous, and that lip color is very pretty! 💓
Thank you. This is currently my greatest makeup challenge. Question: if one has pale skin, does one try to match the under eye concealer to complexion or go a shade lighter? I really appreciate this video. Subscribed!
This is a problem that drives me crazy! I have used several different products, worth powder and without - so frustrating to have my crepey under eyes be the big age give-away.😥Thanks for the tip - I’ll be trying it, for sure!
Hi Anne!! I wish I knew this before filming my vlog! I couldn't believe how dry and wrinkled my under eyes looked when I was editing the vlog today 🙅🏻I was wearing sunscreen and my regular concealer. I'm definitely going to look for that concealer here asap! Thank you for sharing! Great video!! 😘😘🤗 Alina
This video is me all the time trying to find the right under eye concealer. The Lancôme creases on me! And I have tried every single technique and use very little and only in that cavern and a tiny bit below. So frustrating!
Hello Annie how are you doing? Just wanted to mention last lancome concealer something is different with it, i have to shake the heck out of it or i get a lot of clear milky liquid, have you seen that?
* I shared a similar video many months ago. But many of you shared that it was hard to see. So I re-shot it today. I hope that this is helpful. Hi Anne, thank you for your video. Did you manage to avoid the crepeness due to the quality of the product? Or is it because you didn’t powder under the eyes?
For me it was finding the right product and absolutely not powdering under my eyes. I just can't to it no matter what powder or technique.
I'm so glad to find a more mature beauty guru, us over 40 gals still want to look good.
💖💖💖💖💖💖

New subscriber here. I've been watching a bunch of your videos and I love them! Lots of info, zero drama, just a great watch. Thank you.
Hi Sue I'm so glad you're here. Yeah I always avoid drama. I want my channel to be a fun place to be. I hope you have a great weekend 💖

Ha yes that would be interesting for sure! I never thought I had wrinkles when I was in my 20's or 30's but then in my 40's they suddenly appeared!😂
I started wearing Lancome Effacernes concealer after watching your first videos and it is now my favorite concealer. Thank you and Blessings
I'm so happy to hear that Karen! Thank you so much for letting me know. I absolutely love it too!

I’ve been using that same concealer for years!! It’s my Holy Grail. I don’t know why it’s not talked about more. 🙌
I totally agree! It's so good and it lasts forever!

I bought this a couple weeks ago after watching another one of your videos and it is a game changer! Like in my top five makeup game changers I have discovered! Thank you!!
I was laughing out loud at the demo of how other people do it!! So true! 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Yay💕💕💕So happy you're enjoying it.
Thank you so much for a really useful tip. I have such problems with under eye concealers.
You're welcome Karen 😊
Wow, definitely going to give this a try too, thanks!
You're welcome!
oh, this video is SO much easier to see. The other one you're whited out (is that word ??!! LOL)... Thank you. thank you for doing it again. You're so beautiful.
I'm so glad this was helpful 😊 Yes I've been working on my lighting. Thank you so much 💖
Late to the table - cat hair comment made me smile. I like your demo. Thank you!
Hi Janis thanks so much for watching!😊
I think I have about 100 differnt concealers. It's very frustrating. Powder difinitely ages us as well. I've just been using my stick foundation as concealer with no powder and a little erase paste or Boing brightner from Benefit which works pretty well. But still I do have the concealer that you used in your video so I will try it again just to give it another chance. Great video. The prep is also key with concealer as well. If you're dry when you start it won't go well.
And also application. Use very little and where you need it, blend well.
Thanks for this! I’m gonna buy that Lancôme concealer!
You're welcome Kelly!
Thank you for a helpful video with the eye wrinkles.
You're welcome💖
Thank you for this video! Super helpful & I love that you did the close up!!!
You're welcome 🙂
Thank you so much for the tutorial. I have the exact same problem. I went out and out the Lancôme concealer at your suggestion and I love it.
I'm so happy you love it as much as I do Anne. Happy weekend 💖
You're welcome💖💖💖💖💖
I have tried the Lancôme and Instant Age rewind, both work but I much prefer the Lancôme. You also recommend the Charlotte powder and the Shiseido BB cream (I hated it at first lol) ... every time I use one of your suggestions they work, you knock it out of the park almost every time! Much thanks!
Thank you so much Cara I'm so glad these are working for you as well. Isn't it nice when you find something that really works. Happy weekend!
I know you did this a year ago but I just found it now. Thank you SO much for doing this! I’m having a very hard time with my under eyes!! Ughhhhhhh I just subscribed!
You're welcome Tania😙I recently shared an updated version using an undereye primer and a powder which I never thought I could do.
Great demo!
Thank you so much! Yes the BB is the best!💖😚
You're welcome 😊I'm so glad this was helpful.
Annie, ¡¡this was a very good demo about such a special and problematic zone of all woman´s face!!, the don'ts and do´s were so clear.... Thank you and loves😘
Thank you so much Maria💖
Thank you!!! I will try the lancome. I use the lancome duel finish compact etc...It's a company I trust. I've been trying everything for my circles. Again, thanks!!!
You're welcome💖💖💖
Thank you for that great tip!! I was just at Ulta today looking for a good eye cream for under my eyes!!
You're welcome!
I’ve seen so many people say great things about this concealer. I mainly use my BareMinerals concealer, but I think I’ll have to check out that Lancôme.
This was great, Anne! Very helpful. Thanks so much!
You're welcome 💖
Thank you for the demo. I appreciate your advice and will try it out. Hopefully this will work for me.
You're welcome Adria, I hope it does too 😊
Oh. My. Gosh. I have been struggling to find a concealer and application technique that work for me. I feel so much better knowing that A. I’m not the only one who has tried all the UA-camr favorites but not liked them and B. I’m not crazy for thinking powdering always makes it look worse. I will try your recommendations. THANK YOU!!
You're welcome! I'm so glad this was helpful💖
I'll share tips on that soon. Lighter shadows are more complimentary to deep set eyes.
Thx for doing such a thorough job and showing the close-ups. Have you tested the Lancôme macqicomplet concealer? Supposed to be more hydrating.
Hi Karen, yes I do you that one and it's good. But for my eyes I prefer this one.🙂
My fine lines usually don't show up until I put concealer under my eyes. Its a struggle. I haven't used the Lancome but it looks great. Thanks for the helpful tip. Enjoyed!
You're welcome Teresa. Yes the struggle is real. Hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks Anne,I have mature skin, with lots of crepeness around my eyes, hopefully this will work for me xx Thanks for sharing, love your videos😊
You're welcome Julie 💖 I'm so glad you're enjoying my videos. Hope you have a great weekend!
Hi Anne! Do you apply your concealer before or after foundation? Your honesty is refreshing.. you make me laugh too..
Thank you Lori💖💖I always put my concealer on first.
I can’t believe the difference that made. Lancôme should sponsor you because after that video, I want to buy that product because of how good it looked. I know you said that we did not have to use the Lancôme, but do you have any drugstore options that have the same consistency &/or effect
I will have to test some out. So far I haven't found one but I will keep looking.
Wow! Amazing tutorial!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it ☺
This was super helpful, Anne, thank you!! I haven’t used any Lancôme products for years, but am going to give this concealer a shot. I think I have officially hit their target demographic (maybe I’m way past 😂) and I need to give it another go. Love watching your videos, they are always practical and well done. Have a blessed day!! ❤️
Hi Penni I'm so glad this was helpful. The key is application and blend, blend, blend. Hope you're enjoying the weekend.
Hi. I'm a new subscriber, so glad I found your videos. Great tips, and BTW your skin is beautiful
Thank you so much!
Great video. I boght this concealer after watching your last video,it works perfectly. The one from lancome and the one from clarins are two I use the most. I have a drawer full of trial and error concealers. 👍 upp from Norway.
I'm so glad this was helpful💖
Great video. I ordered my Lancome Concealer from Zulily and just recently received it. Very excited to use it. I love your videos and advice. I will let you know how it goes. XOXO
Thank you so much 💖I'm so glad they're helpful.
Such great information, Anne! Thanks so much for a great video! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
You're welcome Sherri💖💖💖
Ty so much! I have bags too. Would it work on those? Ty!
You're welcome💖Unfortunately I don't think this would work for undereye bags.
@@MakeupForMatureSkin ok... sigh.. ty!
Thanks so much! Just what us “mature” beauties need. Love 💕 this tutorial!
You're welcome💖💖💖
My undereyes are the BAIN of my existence! Thank you for the tips - I will try them out. I already have the Effacernes (by the way, the pedantic English teacher in me decided to contact Lancome to ask the pronunciation, and they said it's "eff-a-serns"). Anyway, thank you! "No powder, Kim, no powder!"
You're welcome Kim. Happy weekend!
Thank you. I agree no way I can 'set' the concealer with powder. I have ordered this concealer, should deliver any day.
You're going to love it.
I really love it". I think I will remove the cakes concealers from my supply. Thanks
Have you done videos from start to finish including sunscreen and have you ever done a complete makeup look with only drugstore products thank you so much for your time enjoy your videos
Yes I have but it's been awhile. I'll have to share a new one.
I use the Tarte shape tape with Bobbi Brown eye repair cream, mix them together and set lightly with Too Faced born this way loose powder.
You're lucky you can do that. As you can see in the video anything heavy or drying under my eyes ages me.
Thanks for sharing your tips! Have a great weekend!!
Xoxoxo 😘
You're welcome Dawn you too 💖😘
Thank you so much for not using powder to set! I felt I am too stupid to conceal my under eye area becauce setting with powder never worked and made it worse!
Setting doesn't work under my eyes unless I want to look 10 years older.
Anne, I’ve been trying to just hit my super dark circles with concealer and not my entire under eye.. I think I see a difference! I have to stop powdering tho- ack!!
Ha yeah I can't powder under my eyes at all. I'm so glad this was helpful 💖
Do you have advice on color correcting dark circles to avoid aging eyes?
Hola! I will give that one a try. Thank you so much for sharing💓
I don’t wear concealer often, but if I do, it’s the Lancôme one you use. I think the shade I purchased is a bit light for me - or, possibly I need color correcting prior to using it.
By the way, you look gorgeous, and that lip color is very pretty! 💓
I'm so glad you enjoy it too. Awe, thank you💖💖💖
Definitely will try your technique 🌷💖👍
💖💖💖💖
Thank you. This is currently my greatest makeup challenge. Question: if one has pale skin, does one try to match the under eye concealer to complexion or go a shade lighter? I really appreciate this video. Subscribed!
No more than one to two shades lighter than your skin.
AnneP makeupandmore thank you 😍
You're welcome 💖
Hi, thanks for this tip. Looking forward to trying it out 😊
You're welcome😊
This is a problem that drives me crazy! I have used several different products, worth powder and without - so frustrating to have my crepey under eyes be the big age give-away.😥Thanks for the tip - I’ll be trying it, for sure!
You're welcome Patty!
Great tutorial 🌺
Just found you on UA-cam! Great video I emailed you! Keep posting your tip I feel like I could learn so much!
Thank you💖💖
😘😘🤗 Alina
You're welcome. If they're extra dry use a little eye cream first before applying your concealer.
Do you have any tips for keeping color corrector & concealer from getting crepey?
This video is me all the time trying to find the right under eye concealer. The Lancôme creases on me! And I have tried every single technique and use very little and only in that cavern and a tiny bit below. So frustrating!
I'm so sorry.
Wow, that is incredible!!
I'm 58 and I use that same concealer and I love it. Do you put your foundation on under your eyes? Btw, I love your channel.
Thank you Stacey. I used to be able to put my foundation near by eyes but I can't any longer. I just find it doesn't cover enough or it settles.
Hello Annie how are you doing? Just wanted to mention last lancome concealer something is different with it, i have to shake the heck out of it or i get a lot of clear milky liquid, have you seen that?
Yep that happened to me. Then I ordered another one and it was fine. I'm not sure what's happening with quality control 😕
