I laughed so hard when Kevin Nash put the little girls money back in her hand you know when the cameras went off He was like give me that money it's mine just for being in my presence lol
8:42 That was one of the Warrior U ads that aired as part of the National Wrestling Conference's programming. It was part of an agreement with Warrior that he'd work for a portion of the ticket revenue as long as they promote his wrestling school and his workout tape. Warrior would later run off with the sponsorship money and... I'm getting ahead of myself. The point is, the NWC is perfect video material.
So the clip where Kevin "Diesel" Nash is signing autographs because WWF (and by extension he) still cares about their fans made me laugh. I was at Wizard World Chicago a few years ago where Nash was one of the celebrity guests. My friend and I stepped outside and saw Nash was out there. A fan came up to him and asked for an autograph and Big Sexy turned him down, insisting that his autograph cost money. The fan was annoyed and must have said something along the lines of Nash being greedy or ungrateful. I didn't hear exactly what he said. Anyway, Nash got all in his face, threatening him and shouting. Seeing the clip reminded me of that, on par with the photo of Nash reading a book about the "Fall of WCW."
Well, since you DID mention those Slim Jim commercials, Brian... I think I've told the story about how my elementary school (which was right in the heart of WCW country during their big 90s heyday) had this big old cardboard standee of Macho Man hocking Slim Jims in my elementary school cafeteria. I've always had something of an affinity for MM as a result. Those commercials really should be rerun infinitesimally, so I wholly concur. Also MM doing a commercial on a baseball diamond makes me sad that his pro baseball days didn't pan out like he'd hoped (as like Ultimate Warrior's widow, I was a baseball fan long before I was a pro wrestling fan). :(
I've been watching you for a while now, I hadn't decided whether I'd subscribe or not, but after that Goku and Ric Flair analogy, consider me enlisted!
OniRokaku As long as Ric Flair won in the end, that sounds great. Cell acted like an over the top WWE heel anyway. Now, if only Goku would've cut a great promo like Ric. That would complete my childhood.
I think the best part about Warrior University was when it was turned into a web show title "The Warrior Show" (where clips were taken from for the trailer after death). The very first 2 episodes featured English metalcore band Asking Alexandria. It's a pretty good watch for both Warrior and AA fans.
OK maybe not this video, but I could actually watch other videow on repeat for a little while. The wrestlers selling beer. Dusty selling cars and Mellow Yellow. It just tickles my mood just right. Thanks Zane for brightening my day even if I don't agree with all your takes, you have to be one of the best personalities for wrestling on the internet. I proudly bought one of your shirts.
the exception of slim jim and bud light commercials, I never knew about a lot of these commercials. That was amazing of slim jim to shut down the factory in honor of Macho Man's death. that's practically unheard of. anyways great job on this video BZ. looking forward to who wat it better later on in the coming days
According to a shoot interview from former XPW wrestler The Messiah, his dad went there to check it out and apparently the school was completely barren.
Great vid Brian, surprised u didn't mention Diesel doing some slim jim commercials back in 1995. To me, each time I walked past the check out and see a package of Slim Jims, I give out a lil "oh yeah" under my breath...RIP macho man
First thing that came to mind with that Wrestling wardrobe designing ad was Adrian Street. Didn't the exotic one go into designing wrestling gear after he retired?
I would love that. The Nostalgia Critic and Brian Zayne doing commercials I want both to tackle the Energizer Commercial with Jacko since he look like Heidenreich.
I remember when Miz and Morrison made parody of that Real Men of Genius commercial on Dirt Sheet during their feud with DX. They call it Real Men of Greatness - Captain High Pants aimed at HBK.
You should do an episode on wrestlers and TV cameos, like Mick Foley and Vader on Boy Meets World, Billy Gunn on Sabrina the Teenage Witch etc..think it'd be interesting to re-visit those.
John Meyer I've been pissed since they traded Jimmy to San Fran I love Brady but Jimmy was the future and now the niners have a franchise qb to build around
I laughed so hard when Kevin Nash put the little girls money back in her hand you know when the cameras went off He was like give me that money it's mine just for being in my presence lol
'Kevin Nash, turning down money? Ok, that dude's body has definitely been snatched.'
Eden Mayhew good job on quote a comment that was said for some quick thumbs you dumbass
Wow. What an intelligent, eloquent rebuttal to my obvious incompetence. You, sir, are a genius and I bow to your clearly superior intellect.
That had me dying lol
Also Nash actually wanting to sign autographs yep this guy got his body snatched
@@rickyrosay33977 At least, signing them for nothing...as if he'd ever do that. 😂
"Cuz we dont have a union, Jimmy" made me die
I wish that was instead “Cuz we ain’t got a Union, Jack!”
11:28
Thanks, Hulkster
The words "Ric Flair is Goku" nearly killed me.
Ugo Strange Because the fact that Ric Flair being as awesome as Goku were too much for you to handle?
2:16..never thought the day I would see 2 wrestling legends together in a commercial..Ric Flair..and the Stunt Granny
Danny Miller lmao 😂😂😂
Danny Miller dude! You made my day with that comment
Stunt Granny For HOF
that's not the stunt granny
LMAO
Btw, the Steve Perry "ripoff" was actually Dave Bickler, the original singer for the rock group Survivor. Lol
oh, maybe I shoulda read this before I posted MY comment. :)
"It puts the WOO! in my WOOOOO!" 🤣 That is the most Ric Flair thing ever
8:42 That was one of the Warrior U ads that aired as part of the National Wrestling Conference's programming. IT PUTS THE WOO IN MY WOO.
That really woo's my woo
Thats makes no sence
Anthony I laughed so fucking hard at that and the lotto ticket Woooo
I put my woo in her woo!
yo dawg I heard you like woo
The ultimate warrior teaching you how to wrestle would be about as much use as stevie wonder teaching you how to play frisbee
JaseSpace actually blind people can play frisbee they have special ones that beapso they can hear it it's pretty cool actually
JaseSpace So you're saying it would be beneficial and hilarious?
Or Bob Holly teaching you how to smile because LOOK AT HIS FUN FACE
@@jsmith5212 and warrior probably had a good worker that made him look gold over the years still not the norm lmao
Stevie Wonder isn’t blind
"Cuz we ain't got a union! Yeeeuh!!"
I about died laughing
5:09 love that choir vocal run for "ripping off heads"... classy like Freddie Blaise

Lmfao. Wow what a dick. Not really surprised though. He's like a semi successful Virgil sounds like 😂
Ultimate Warrior preaching about stamina is absolutely hilarious.
That's like The Great Khali preaching to someone about agility.
I love the chef boyardee commercial featuring the rock. "Don't be a jabroni, eat your chef boyardee ravioli"..... Classic
Kevin nash refusing money!! THE END IS NIGH!!!! 😂😂😂
MetalJT24 HEAD FOR THE BASTARD BOOORDAHH
Plot twist they paid him after the scene
MetalJT24 Kevin Nash refusing money? That's the funniest joke I've heard all day!
Probably cause they wanted him to tear his quad.
MetalJT24 lol
"It puts the Woo in my Woo!"
Best line ever.
This might actually be the best written episode yet in my opinion. Most of the jokes hit their mark, especially the ones with Flair.
The Miller Lite commercial featured Rey Mysterio Jr.'s Uncle, Rey Misterio Sr.
Zombie Thirteen thanks!
I Believe that the Tall, Blond Guy is Tyler Mane (Big Sky in WCW, & Sabertooth in X-Men)
Well, since you DID mention those Slim Jim commercials, Brian... 3:09- “Minnieanapolis”
How about Minneapolis, Brian?
I really dig that Warrior mural with the neon lights outlining the mask.
Your comments on Savage's ads were 101% pure laughter xD
Really enjoyed the video.
Nash drinking milk was a nod to the film 'Leon: The Professional' where Jean Reno plays a milk drinking hitman with a heart of gold.
Djarra right!!! One of my favorite movie! good to see someone with some cultural knowledge on yt ,)
I love ten minutes from Chi-Lake liquors and had NO IDEA the did those ads 😂
Never saw that Miller Lite commercial before...it legit made me crack up
“Art Thou Bored?” Yes folks macho Man Randy Savage reciting Shakespearian poetry is something I’ve never thought I would hear in my whole entire life
Warrior complaining about stamina is hilarious
12:45 : I remember another version where Savage answered "No, we don't play Hockey either!" lol
bro you're the only channel that doesn't bore me after a while. you're videos, are always so interesting.
I've been watching you for a while now, I hadn't decided whether I'd subscribe or not, but after that Goku and Ric Flair analogy, consider me enlisted!
+Mark Tarrant Thank you!
Yea. Now I can't stop picturing Ric Flair fighting Cell.
OniRokaku HAHA I think Ric Flair would win.
He would bleed a lot by the end though
OniRokaku As long as Ric Flair won in the end, that sounds great. Cell acted like an over the top WWE heel anyway. Now, if only Goku would've cut a great promo like Ric. That would complete my childhood.
The Kevin Nash bit about him
not taking cash is funny because it's true! 😂
So awesome. So worth the wait.
Always good to see those Macho Man Slim Jim commerecials
Ric Flair becoming Goku is just his natural progression.
5:35 I LOVED that commercial back in the day. I still remember it lol.
Those Slim Jim commercials are how I perfected my Macho Man impression. I still miss him. RIP.

anyways great job on this video BZ.
looking forward to who wat it better later on in the coming days
...me and my brother got that laser tag set just because we saw that Rey Mysterio ad
Tristan Kennedy it looks awesome
Macho Man's Slim Jim commercials were still great well into the late 90's. That mental institution ad was extremely memorable.
Is Wresting with Wregret one of the best wrestling channels on U tube? OHHH YEAH!
Brian Zane is awesome
The Ultimate Warrior Wrestling School? Oh man, that's hilarious.
I heard Roman Reigns was at the top of the class in No Selling 101.
Joe S underrated comment here
XD
According to a shoot interview from former XPW wrestler The Messiah, his dad went there to check it out and apparently the school was completely barren.
@@silenceenigma587 oh?
The Real Men of Genius ad didn't have a "Steve Perry knockoff". It was singer Dave Bickler formerly of the band Survivor who sang "Eye of the Tiger".
Great vid Brian, surprised u didn't mention Diesel doing some slim jim commercials back in 1995. To me, each time I walked past the check out and see a package of Slim Jims, I give out a lil "oh yeah" under my breath...RIP macho man
Ric Flair being a Saiyan would've been an awesome thing to had ever existed. Seriously, imagine the Nature Boy at Super Saiyan God level.
Ric Flair vs Mr. Satan
SMAXZO Ric Flair VS Vegeta Lol
Ric Flair vs Frieza!
"IT PUTS THE WOO! IN MY WOO!"
Now that's hilarious.
It's been 3 installments of these and yet so far there has been no mention of Chef Boyardee's ads featuring Kane which IMO are the best.
Booker T was in one too. "Its Beefaroni not Beefarooni"
Captain Obvious Kanes was pretty funny.
I thought thas was a wrestling Skit thing and not a real ad because the only time I saw those was when wwf/e was on and no t on any other channel
What about the one with the hardy boys
Check out Part 4!
I always got a kick out of the Miller Lite Man Laws commercials with Triple H on the board. "Don't fruit the beer"
My favorite wrestling youtuber out there, along with Steve and Larson in a tie.. Keep up the great work Zane!!!
I agree 100% friendo.
"Warrior at the most warrior " omg had me laughing my ass off
I love that they recently made a *Macho Slim Jim* action figure!
Should have had Col. deBEERs in that liquor store ad, am I right?
Hahahaha...
Totally forgot about the real men of genius commercials...so good!
I loved those. I didn't know there was a wrestling one.
6:19 The wrestler on the right is Rey Misterio Sr. (Rey Mysterio's uncle) and the next commercial is starring by Rey Mysterio.
Those Wooooo lotto scratchoffs were also sold in South Carolina
That Charlie Murphy clip is slaying me, man.
11:28 the funniest part to me lol i cant stop laughin thinkin about it
First thing that came to mind with that Wrestling wardrobe designing ad was Adrian Street. Didn't the exotic one go into designing wrestling gear after he retired?
The joke at the end with macho man at the asylum (you want some exitement stop taking your....) YOU KILL ME ON THIS ONE HAHAHAHA!!!
"Cause we ain't got a union Jimmy, yeuh!" I fucking died of laughter
😂😂😂😂😂
genuine laugh out load moments in that vid, thanks Z-Man
the singer was actually Jimi Jamison....from Survivor. Post Eye of the Tiger.
Part 4 should be a crossover with the Nostalgia Critic while he's wearing his "I Donut Donuts" T-Shirt.
dstebbin yes
Please God, no.
I'd like that
I would love that. The Nostalgia Critic and Brian Zayne doing commercials I want both to tackle the Energizer Commercial with Jacko since he look like Heidenreich.
dstebbin please yes please
When you watch Smackdown for Who War it Better, watch closely. I was there and brought a Brian Zane sign!
1:10 am I alone in wanting to see ric flair vs Goku?
Mike White me too or better lui kang vs ric flair in a woooooo contest
THE mythic gaming LOUIE KANG! LOUIE KANG! LOUIE KANG! LOUIE KANG!
Can you imagine Flair firing off Ki Blasts?
McBandit Hope I bet he says " whoo " each time
Mike White I want to see Flair walk straight up to Hercule. bitch smack him across Earth and yell "That's why I'm the World Champion!"
I remember seeing Okada promoting Future Card Buddyfight as well as appearing in an episode of the show.
I love the Slim Jim commercials with Macho Man Randy Savage. God rest his soul.
Warrior went from being a Christian man, to saying goddamn every other word. Sounds about right.
I always loved the "Art thou bored?" Slim Jim commercial! :-)
Your like the nostalgia critic for wrestling
Warrior university will teach you how to do blow, have 2 minute matches, and hold your boss up for ransom
I’d take a look at Chase U instead
"Alright Randy, how many fingers am I holding up?"
*"Slim Jim"*
What If they did a beer advert nowadays with stone cold Steve Austin.
i'm surprised they never did.
Thomas Jenkins It would have been cool
Thomas Jenkins It would have been cool
Akiza Izinski 357 That would be perfect, but it would be light beer, because Stone Cold drank light beer.
Akiza Izinski 357 Or the APA or Sandman
God, I haven't thought about the "art thou bored?" commercial in years. Time to snap into a Slim Jim!
haha the "steve perry ripoff" is Jimmi Jamison from Survivor. Also is that Renegade's theme?
12:53 "ART THOU BORED" Classic YTMND!
Why wasn't it just called WOOOOniversity?
Also, holy shit that low quality green screening on those protein shot ads.
I remember when Miz and Morrison made parody of that Real Men of Genius commercial on Dirt Sheet during their feud with DX. They call it Real Men of Greatness - Captain High Pants aimed at HBK.
That Charlie Murphy laugh killed me hahaha
That Charlie Murphy cutaway! XD "Game. Blouses..."
You should do an episode on wrestlers and TV cameos, like Mick Foley and Vader on Boy Meets World, Billy Gunn on Sabrina the Teenage Witch etc..think it'd be interesting to re-visit those.
IDK... When Hogan says he "came in like a wrecking ball" I believe it!
11:28 you can never fail with Charlie
Random alert.really enjoying your older videos.
thats funny nash turning down cash
Oh man I never knew there were Ric Flair Lottery tickets. I would have totally bought those if I had seen them in New York!
they where only sold in NC
I Heard that There Were Also Ones Sold in South Carolina & Tennessee
Cmon man, Macho Man going fuckin' bonkers over Slim Jims is funny as hell! I remember that commercial and laughed our asses off.
This channel produces higher quality content than WhatCultureWWE IMO. WhatCulture just seems to pump out videos now at the cost of the quality.
Hey, Ric is still deadlifting 405. At 67 that is damn impressive.
So in the WWF adverts Savage just advertised Slim Jims but in the WCW adverts he was completely obsessed with them?
I like Ric Flair's Stand [NATURE BOY] his most known Power is the Woo , and teleportation
That Steve Perry knock off is the lead singer of Survivor aka the band that did Eye of the Tiger lol
"He's american....."
YOOOUUUUUUUUU need to show more of my commercials JACK!
Dammit Brian why must you bring up the Super Bowl? We Falcons fans have suffered enough.
John Meyer I've been pissed since they traded Jimmy to San Fran I love Brady but Jimmy was the future and now the niners have a franchise qb to build around
28-3...
I'm a simple man: I see a new WWW video, I like
Ulikecookies LOL
I wonder if I go to a baseball field and stand there looking sad if that would summon Randy Savage.
@10:19, look at the guy behind Ultimate Warrior's table chewing with his mouth open like a French bulldog eating table scraps...
The *Real Men Of Genius* singer was Dave Bickler from Survivor.
Wrestlers in Commercials part 2
"Why was Hulk Hogan not wearing any pants?"
