Honestly this is super creative!! You should serve more broth, that would make it super slurpy and comforting. To thicken the broth slightly, I would suggest adding a little bit of peanut butter, that would enhance the taste and even give the look of a miso ramen.

Whoa I actually have made a similar recipe before, 80% of my recipe is similar to your video. Will try Adding soy sauce,sugar and chilli oil next time. Also I replaced maggi noodles with egg/plain/hakka noodles/spaghetti for extra serving size, and I prefer my veggies crunchy. One can add a fried egg too.
Just now I watched this video. But l liked it so much because u added veggies into Maggie. And that veggies don't take much time to cook. Good Maggie option for children.
