Beautiful idea of a home location of course part and the address is one one deep sea, which can stand of everything you’ve gone through you drowned deep in the sea and you still stand number one in this world 👑💯
I can walk to this home from my home. What many people forget who aspire to have a home like this is that, you will find yourself living in about fifteen hundred of the fifteen thousand feet of living space. The property taxes are about 250k annually. You can’t get by with a cleaning lady, you need a cleaning crew. A gardener can’t handle this yard. You will need a landscape company. If you are ready for that, then this home is for you.
I can always tell a home that was constructed by Glass Construction Company. Always looks amazing with incredibly awesome details

Thats Eric Roberts and she isn't in her 30's. Unfortunately that is still how the climate looks in Orange County. Wasn't a bad choice when we casted. Was simply mirroring the buyers. AND the house stood unsold for 17 months with another agent. After this video was pushed out globally they had a full price offer after 20 days. A job well done on our part.
