I visited my brother recently and to make a long story short, had a ton of weird experiences. Then one night around midnight I heard someone rummaging through the kitchen. Everyone else was asleep so I knew it had to be my little nephew sneaking into stuff. I slowly crept up towards the kitchen, then jumped through the doorway to scare my nephew and NOBODY was there. No mice or raccoons either. Went by nephew’s room and he was out cold. The next day I told my brother and he goes “oh yeah this house was some sort of medical office in the 1940’s and the doctor who lived and practiced here died in the house. He’s harmless” Then he just starts talking about something else and I’m like SIR we are not just gonna brush over that!! 💀

Buy it for 50k, rent it out on some Air BnB type platform, because people love ghosts and will pay for the experience. In a few years (depending on how well you market) you'll probably have enough to get a 6br house ghost free. And still have the ghost house as a backup. 😁

I just wanna say this channel really helps me during my darkest times. Like when there's literally no reason to laugh or smile during the day at work and you kinda wanna just run away from life at home. I had a similar experience when I first moved to Georgia. Apparently the previous owners had been missing for 5 years and the house was left exactly as it was when they disappeared... and of course it was a hoarders home. It had the worst stench I'd ever smelled. While wading through the mess, there were creaking noises everywhere and the fact that everything was left exactly as it was before the owners "disappeared" gave it this eerie vibe. So halfway through, I said "maybe they never left in the first place" and turned and gtfo.
Keep in mind, the house looked great from the outside and the way it was described to me was that it'd need only a little work to get it perfect. The only reason I gave it a chance in the first place.
got a similar experience here too, the house literally looks like a politician's house everything was clean and organized on the outside. The bizarre thing was the price of the house was much cheaper than my previous house which was smaller in size. We almost agreed on making a deal until we heard stories from the locals that even a homeless man who rented that place for 2 days once couldn't even make it to Day 2. He ran off from that house on the first night with a pale face and said "That house is not for the living anymore" 😂 Heard more stories again later on, that there was once a family in 1997 who got massacred by robbers and i assumed they were the original owners, so yeah after that we decided to find another house😂 I knew that everything was too good to be true...

When I was younger I swear the house we lived in was haunted. Stuff would constantly either be moved or go missing, strange sounds like footsteps or someone talking when no one was there and I personally saw shadow people (black mist in the shape of a person) either roaming around the house or just watching me. After a while I just got use to it.
Hearing things and stuff going missing was common for everyone in the house but no one saw the shadow people but me. That was until one day while in the living room my sister pointed one out and we both watched it stand there and then quickly run around the corner and disappear.
I tried talking about it with my family recently but they all either brushed them off as normal things or couldn't remember them and my sister outright refuses to admit she saw the shadow person like it never happened.
I'm a little concerned I'm either going crazy or inflated the situations at the time and just never got over them.
The weird thing is when we eventually moved out we kept getting calls from the new owners that the house started randomly falling apart despite no issues before we left. Stuff like electrical failures, pipes bursting, and a part of the roof that was originally our play area caved in for some unknown reason. No one was hurt but that just burned the idea into my head more that the house was haunted.
When my family got my first home back in 2016 the salesman told us all these great things until the end when we got to my parents room, they said “an old man passed away here a couple years ago and I felt him touch me several times” like nothing and then proceeded to talk about everything else as if he didn’t say anything
