Awesome, Charles! You are putting passion, excitement and joy into every note. An impeccable balance of harmonics, sense of rhythm and piano technique. So many arrangements of this theme become lacklustre imitations of the orchestral version. This one has a genuine pianistic feel, evolving the original material but respecting its core melodies and harmonies. Will be on my to-play list for sure.

There are 5 more new original compositions coming soon. The next one will release on July 7 (much in the vein of the last release), and then the entire EP with 4 more tracks will come out on July 28... they will all be available on Spotify that day, but I'll probably space the video releases out a week at a time. Those final 4 tracks are probably the ones that I'm actually most excited to get public!

Idk how I missed this one till now, but I just listened six times in a row… the jazzy part in the middle!! 😮 I’m currently learning Fred Viner’s ‘Keeping On’, but this may need to become the next thing I work on. It looks like so much fun to play!
(Octaves are my personal technique nightmare, and this seems like a not terrible way to work on them)
I'm glad you've now caught this one haha! And it's always lovely hear to other musicians supporting the work of contemporary composers, like Fred. Keeping On is a great piece!
I love octaves and, I think you heard me mention on my livestream, how I typically write octaves because they are "relatively" easy for me... but in this arrangement there are a few that change direction quickly that are *tricky* to nail!

Whoa! I thoroughly enjoyed this! Very nice arrangment and great performance! It reminds me of your James Bond arrangement, but more playful. And the videography is also beautiful, particularly the red lighting and shadows. The music also reminds me of the music from The Incredibles (the first movie), in particular, the end credits music named The Incredits. (David McCaulley created a piano transcription of this and the score is available for free if you're interested.) Also, a group named Room Quartet played a really nice mashup of Mission Impossible Theme and Libertango, if you'd like to check that out.
