I like the blade. I’ve thought about doing a frame handle. I like the way the frame was done. Have a pattern link for that?

Right on!
A fuller is useless on a knife and only weakens the blade. Fullers are for swords. In addition the squared off choil is a poor design for the user.
Ka bar knives have fullers, many other knives have fullers, a fuller being useless is solely your opinion and preference, others will disagree. The choil isn't squared off, it has a slight radius that is common in this style of knife.
a fuller will lighten the blade like on a sword so not sure why it is useless and cant see it unduly weakening such a stout knife
