Warsaw has tallest skyscraper in European Union and two Wasaw metro station got international prize the best metro stations in the world. Warsaw is very modern, clean and spectacular. it has huge economc growth and job oportuniyies. Thats why almost 50% of warsaw residents are from foreign countries including romanians from bucharest to the Japan people, British people and americans.

Hopefully the local government will look into sponsoring a program where the nasty graffiti can be painted over within 24-48 hrs of happening. Just got home from Warsaw, nice people and nice city, unfortunately the city has become extremely expensive!!! from hotels restaurants and cafes, prices are unrealistic, more expensive then Sweden where I live, considering that Poland has much lower purchasing power.
Thats true but Warsaw is rich (probably even richer per capita than Stockholm or if not then it's really similar )and not all of Poland is Warsaw .But it's true that prices have been high for years (especially restaurants and hotels as u mentioned). We've got like 20% inflation rate but still cafes ,restaurants ,malls are full ,purchase of expensive cars is the biggest ever since etc. .

It is not graffiti, just ugly mess performed by some local bandits. To see real graffiti by good artists one has to visit Praga district on right bank of river Vistula.
