Hopefully the local government will look into sponsoring a program where the nasty graffiti can be painted over within 24-48 hrs of happening.
We have programs like that in large cities here in the US. It’s definitely worth considering; or bringing up ideas like that at city council meetings ! 👍

Masz racje, jest wiele do poprawy w tym zakresie. Ale Warszawa ma coś w sobie mimo to! 🧡
I pomyśleć, ze za czasów komuny to wydawało się takie nowoczesne, a teraz myślimy o tych budynkach, że są okropne i straszą.

@@travelwalkearth nie, tylko tam studiowałem, bywam raz na kilka lat. Szczególnie okolice Politechniki i Marszałkowska są mi bliskie (jadałem często w barach mlecznych, chyba żaden z nich już nie istnieje) Dzięki za film!

To jest najdluzej trwajaca budowa w miescie, prawie 30 lat. Ostatnio zapadla decyzja o zmianie przeznaczenia: z biurowca na apartamentowiec.😀

I am Polish and I think 1)Budapest 2)London 3)Warsaw. Obviously London is the most important but Budapest the most beautiful by far. Rivalled only by Paris and Vienna in europe in terms of architecture.

Sometimes the good will of the nation is not enough, there are various internal and external factors that do not allow some countries to develop. Poland took advantage of the opportunity, but earlier for many years our development was blocked by external factors. However, you have to be ready when the opportunity presents itself. Willingness to work hard, cooperate and develop is needed.

Just got home from Warsaw, nice people and nice city, unfortunately the city has become extremely expensive!!! from hotels restaurants and cafes, prices are unrealistic, more expensive then Sweden where I live, considering that Poland has much lower purchasing power.

Thats true but Warsaw is rich (probably even richer per capita than Stockholm or if not then it's really similar )and not all of Poland is Warsaw .But it's true that prices have been high for years (especially restaurants and hotels as u mentioned). We've got like 20% inflation rate but still cafes ,restaurants ,malls are full ,purchase of expensive cars is the biggest ever since etc. .

How can you compare the purchasing power in Warsaw with Stockholm? Stockholm probably has 5 times stronger purchasing power, abnormal prices in Warsaw remind me of old Eastern countries such as Kiev and Moscow and these are called banana countries! 20% inflation will wipe out Poland's middle class.

I visited Warsaw this summer. I could not believe the amouts of graffitis on the buildings.
It is not graffiti, just ugly mess performed by some local bandits. To see real graffiti by good artists one has to visit Praga district on right bank of river Vistula.
There are places where there is a lot of it. But there is also a part of the city. the city must keep clean. Where are you from? 🙂
