Cooking a Filipino Buffet for Kids! | JUMBOCooks

Because of the extreme heat in Southeast Asia right now, many school districts in the Philippines have decided to switch to modules at home for fear that it has become too dangerously hot to allow kids to attend classes in person at the moment.
This resulted in my neighbourhood kids being around all day long everyday, many of them bored after doing their schoolwork. I was bored too one really hot day and decided to whip them up some fruit salad to go around but then thought maybe a quick little homemade buffet would be more of a fun thing for them to do!
Buffets are a HUGE thing in the Philippines but it's not something these kids are used to. Happy to report that they absolutely loved the experience! It was fun for me to cook and reminisce on some childhood favourites as well.
