Remember watching Rousey vs Holm live. Family UFC night. Everyone went crazy for that finish. No one expected it. Always rooted for Holms afterwards even though she didn't hold the title for very long. Granted, I'm the type who usually roots for the underdogs (thankfully I'm not the betting type). Amanda Nunes on the other hand; a league of her own and one of the best. Crazy both retired this year.

Jones speaks for itself but the reason I go with Valentina is purely based on how well rounded her skillset is, her flyweight championship run and the fact I thought she beat Amanda twice. The fact that she arguably won those fights, giving up such a size difference makes her, in my opinion, the most skilled female fighter of all time

Anderson Silva is the GOAT in my opinion. I know he stayed active far too long and declined at the end, but he was completely dominant and made it look easy during his prime.
I think the best metric for measuring greatness in the UFC is title defences, since everyone is gameplanning for the champions downfall. But overall I'd have to say GSP is GOAT, due to the level of competition in the WW division at the time and also never popped for PEDs.

Absolute casual list bro Anderson Silva has like 4 good wins. I know he was super dominant but competition level matters. GSP at 10 is also just absurd Josée Aldo lost to Connor McGregor when he was 29 and Max Holloway when he was 32 those are literally prime years Khabib has three title defences and Islam already has a better résumé in my opinion he’s definitely the lightweight goat but I wouldn’t put him on a top 10 because if you do that, then Islam needs to be on here too

It's clear how casual you are when you say that Islam, who defended his belt against a featherweight, should be on my list. Khabib finished unbeaten with Dustin, Gaetje, McGregor on his resume, while Islam only defeated one of the top 5 in his own category. I can easily use your argument against you and say that the level of GSP's opponents was very low and because of that he can't be on top 10.
