Slight correction to some errors which may be due to the video being outdated but Moloney (rather than Molongy) is an authority for MR (rather than AR) AR for murder is defined by (SIr Edward) Coke as: 'the unlawful killing of a reasonable creature in being under the Queen's peace with malice aforethought' which basically just means unlawful killing of a human being (rather than animal/ unborn child) and the 'malice aforethought' is the MR part of murder: Moloney defines the MR for murder as 'intention to kill or an intention to cause grievous bodily harm' Hope this will be found helpful to other viewers

If my sons can catch the string of responses then I should be questioning why full grown so called professionals are not . I want a lawyer I’ve committed no crime and there will be restitution!
