I agree. when I opened mine I was getting scared it was going to be more goldfish brown. my jaw dropped!! I loved it! more like a light pinkish rose gold.
Same for me as well, by mistake I choose transfer from other phone and it showed like 12 hours … had to cancel that reset and do it from iCloud.. was much quicker ..like about 15 to 20 minutes 😊

Since all the hardware is the latest and greatest when it comes to the iPhone 16, it'll be a complete upgrade for me coming from the iPhone 12. I preordered the iPhone 16 Pro in natural titanium and wondered to myself if I wanted to go with the Pro Max. When I go to pick up my new phone tomorrow, I'm going to ask about exchanging it for the Pro Max if that's something I want to do. I just don't know how well it will fit in my hands.

I used the concierge service where an Apple rep walks you through the setup and transfer process phone-phone, Brian was very good at helping that. Since I got it Friday 9/20 I am exploring all the features. The OS18 new features manual is 21 pages long so this really is a phone built from the ground up as Tim Cook said on the Apple announcement. Its the same width at my 14 but a bit taller with the 6.9" screen. Just a terrific product, as usual, from Apple. Even their TV shows are the best streaming available. 10/10 !!

I got the black 16 pro max was only 5 dollars more on my bill a month. I go through us cellular and got a case, magsafe battery pack, screen protector, car charger and power brick for free with mine so that was amazing!

It’s funny how this year’s iPhone 16 Pro’s 6.3 inch display is now considered small nowadays knowing it was very close to what was once the biggest iPhone display in history 6 years ago (iPhone XS Max in 2018 at 6.5 inch display)
I got an iPhone 16 in Ultramarine and when I was transferring stuff from my old phone, it’s super easy if you plug them into each other. So you can just do phone to phone transfer instead of using a backup and mine only took 30 minutes! I only have 256 GB but it was quick! Just thought I’d let you know that little tip because it might help in the future. :)
