- Three Grey releases in under two weeks. I'm speechless! For those of you who tuned into Zedd's True Colors tour last fall, you may recognize this remix of the titular track that played towards the end of the set. It was labeled as "ID remix" but there was almost zero doubt that the remix was by Grey. We were right. This remix is included as part of an upcoming "Perfect Edition" of the True Colors album, which adds several previously-released Zedd work to the tracklist. This is the only new song on the album, but hey, you can only call it a "Perfect Edition" if Grey is somehow involved :) Enjoy their latest work! This one's got quite a unique drop, but those gentle guitars and subtle, eerie pieces of ambiance from thunderstorms and forests add a very dark and "ghostly" vibe to an already haunting standout in Zedd's discography. Can't get enough Grey!!

Was high when I first listened to this. Thought it was the most beautiful thing ever. Not a big fan of the drop, but I'm getting used to it the more I listen to it. Another awesome and very interesting track from Grey!
And for those of you who haven't bothered to do any research besides some SoundCloud reposts, the vocalist is NOT, I repeat NOT, Kesha, as some people falsely assumed. It's actually a dude named Tim James who's helped co-write some other songs on this album as well.

This isn't the Kesha version. This is the Tim James version. The Kesha doesn't have any remixes yet, even though they could just re-release this Grey remix but make it official on iTunes in the us but use Kesha's vocals
Easily one of the best examples of a group taking a song and from good to great. i remember my face melting. :)

If any remix of all tracks from "True Colors" album is collected, this is the bull's eye. Really enhances the feeling this song's lyrics' trying to grasp.
Think this song like a real person. It starts with "How people see me", the second verse is "Getting to know each other", the buildup is "Let me tell you something", and drops like "I'll show you what I really am". This song's ending gives out a feeling like: "Now that you know what I really am, are you sure that you still want to be friends with me?"
...and you guys won't know how much I relate to all of those.

The build up to the drops in grey's track are incredible, and then the drop happens and I hear poppy club scratching noises when i'm expecting a melodic deep synth dubstep drop that will blow my mind. Great track overall, but it just doesn't feel right as a whole. Definitely an artists to keep in the radar for the future.
"melodic deep synth dubstep drop" made me cringe, but if you are still looking for that go look into Singularity's work. He and his brother form Grey, but Singularity used to make liquid dubstep back in 2012-2013 and it was really great. This song on the other hand, seems very rave-oriented and while a dubstep drop would've been too stale and generic, I would prefer something that still isn't so dissonant from the cinematic intro. Personally I feel that the detail and crisp mix compensate for it but to each their own with opinions.
Batman exactly. This fucking drop is incredibly unique and suits this remix very well. Will be forever one of my favorite Grey remixes. Fucking unbelievable.
SDAlexander I understand this comment was 2 years ago, but man, melodic deep synth dubstep? This is musical art, not some washed over cringe genre that has been overused. THIS is the 0.001% of music that is unlike any other.
What I find funniest is that Grey is still hugely underrated, yet you mention the name "Grey" to any Future Bass/Trap/Zedd enthusiast, and they'll instantly recognize the name. When Grey really breaks through, holy shit... Watch out world, JackU will look like Audacity users to these guys.

Everything about this remix is fucking perfect. Been listening to Grey ever since the release of their Beautiful Now remix, and this remix just takes the cake. Even with their new remixes, still nothing can beat this in my opinion. Fucking incredible production and song structure.

They aren't popular at all. Look at their recent videos, they have super low views. They're pretty much unknown outside a small enthusiast community. They have been the best electronic music producers out there for almost 5 years now and they're still unknown to the mainstream, it's unbelievable. The two mainstream hits they produced didn't help their popularity much, the singers got all the attention, and even featuring fucking Camila Cabello didn't do the trick. It seems like people just aren't ready yet for this musical revolution.

that's because this track was made mostly for Zedd to play it at his tour, and as a result sounds very rave-oriented. I still like it but I'd prefer if the climax wasn't so detached from what led to it.

It's not out in the US yet (officially) but if you go on reddit.com/r/xtrill, a full-quality DL of this might still be there unless the mods removed it
