    There are many ways to build endurance in life, including setting and working towards challenging goals, developing a positive mindset, and practicing techniques such as meditation or deep breathing to help you stay focused and calm under pressure. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, can also help you build physical and mental endurance.
    It's also important to remember that endurance is not about being able to sustain effort indefinitely without rest or recovery. It's important to take breaks and allow yourself time to rest and recharge in order to maintain your endurance over the long term.

    3:44 - us just somebody say something we get
    3:46 - angry we just respond emotionally to
    3:49 - life that is not mental discipline if
    3:52 - you have mental discipline you are able
    4:18 - hostiles when you are assigned as a
    4:21 - hostile it means you must be eliminated
    4:38 - hostility can come in many ways it can
    4:41 - come through people making fun of you
    4:44 - ridiculing you mocking you or people
    4:47 - rejecting you or threats or treachery or
    5:02 - world life is not as simple as we want
    5:05 - it to be you have to end to your
    5:08 - hostility how do you do that you have to
    5:36 - want to affirm you may not affirm you
    5:39 - rejection is going to come to you my
    5:42 - friends you have to learn to deal with

    6:04 - another person says you are beautiful
    6:06 - one thing I've about life when people
    6:08 - reject you you can't please them you
    6:10 - can't please them you can catch your
    6:12 - head put it on the platter and give it
    6:13 - to them they will tell you that the
    6:15 - platter was crooked and your head is not
    6:32 - is when the reality doesn't meet the
    6:35 - expectation you believe you are great
    6:36 - everybody but the reality doesn't show
    6:39 - that you believe you must Prosper but
    6:45 - must be the head but you are the tail
    6:59 - deal with rejection and contradictory
    7:02 - evidence they are hostile forces that
    7:05 - you have to deal with and don't be
    7:07 - ignorant of the snares and traps set
    7:30 - people are threatened the attack
    7:34 - you have to learn to endure hostility as
    7:37 - you sit here today somebody is planning
    7:58 - happened we said it they are there
    8:00 - they're also people who wish that I will
    8:03 - succeed my job is not to please those
    8:06 - who want me to fail they will set trust
    8:08 - for me that's their prerogative It's
    8:09 - also My Prerogative to have wisdom not
    8:59 - trying to seek things that gratify your
    9:09 - but Temptation Temptation will dissipate
    9:12 - your energy instead of using your energy
    9:15 - to do the right thing you're going to
    9:17 - use your energy in the wrong area I have
    10:11 - your focus it will put you on the wrong
    10:13 - path and you will lose fourth endure
    10:40 - character delay is not easy
    11:19 - failure through success whatever we go
    11:21 - through we must endure till the end oh
    11:37 - make sure you endure to the end don't
    11:53 - learn to endure hostility you must learn
