I am wondering if you can help me. I have a RLC-520A camera and my SD card records person and vehicle as those are checked on the schedule (and today I have 2 videos from midnight to 7 am todays date). but my Local recordings have 220 recordings looking at the same dates on SD and local recordings. I would like my Local Recordings to only record what my SD card records, many of these videos are birds and flying bugs. keep in mind Any and animals is unchecked on the schedule.
I do have Windows 11, and no problems with the transparency. I am recording 24/7 on an external USB 3 TB drive without any SD Card and no need for a NVR. I am using a POE switch instead. I am very happy with my Reolink 410 5MP.
You are correct it works without problems. The issue was related to my virtual machine after updating the vmware tools I had no issues withe the transparency of the app.
if you look on the upper right side corner of your monitor , you have a letter X, to get out of the program, i have a windows 11 computer , and my recently downloaded program does not have the letter X in the upper right hand corner, and its a pain to get out of the program for reolink , this has never ever happened before , even with windows 11 installed

Thank you for the helpful information. Does Reolink Client remote access take up an unusually large amount of RAM on your computer?

Live view crashes out on windows 11 from remote laptop. Works everywhere else
Can you have the live view permanently ON (like a security monitor) , without crashes on the Win11 PC?
No multi camera view?
For multi camera view click the square icon on the bottom right, you can select up to 36 cameras.
LOL I only have 1 camera hooked up so far, and I don't have the icon for multi view yet.
