Was chatting about this at a Mopar show yesterday. Yes the Demon is cool, but with this you can run 9's all day and then put your kids in the backseat and celebrate with ice cream afterward lol.
You can still do that in the demon.

I highly doubt the Dodge dealer in BFE is going to get a Demon. Bigger dealers get allocated more from their higher volume car sales. That's exactly how the Hellcat allocations went. Worst case it is a refundable deposit. No loss really.
You are in really good shape then, dealer here is getting one and 8 people want it - 4 saying they will pay whatever it takes to get it!

Fuck the Demon? The Demon runs 9.65 with just 840HP. Mod-for-mod, the Demon is going to run 8s, easily. It already goes 140MPH. The Demon is built for this, period. It is 200+lbs. lighter, it comes with drag mode that maximizes it's drag suspension, it uses the A/C to cool the intercooler (dropping temps by 40+ degrees), it has trans brake, it has a two step and it already has the 3.09 gears. The axles, the rear and drive shaft are already upgraded on the Demon, it comes with the car. It is a vastly superior car to the Hellcat. I laid out the facts, zero emotion, just the truth. Why the hate for the Demon? I don't get it?

FYI,,, to get the demon to run a 8.99,,, 2 things needed, aprox. 3.25-3.30 ratio, and 230 more hp at the crank... thanks for reading

With an already unlocked PCM, Radials and the ability to run 1300 ish HP with mods, the demon will easily be running 8 sec's....... Dont be surprised to see a bad ass demon coming close to the 7's.... Dodge is going to have all these car lovers panties in a wad!=)

Just to let you know, no price has been revealed for the Demon. So this means a modded charger would be basically the same price or less for a 4 door 800HP+ car.
