This is a cover for GUMI's Hoshi no Uta. GUMI is a vocaloid, so therefore this song is not from an anime. It's just a song that someone, in this case BuzzG, made. These instrumentals are covered by shoenenT though if I understand correctly. ShoenenT is the singer with the guitar (I believe)
Teen me used to listen utaite songs all the time, especially ShounenT. Aww man, this is so nostalgic and sweet. I used to listen to these while thinking about my highschool sweetheart!
