I just got this flashlight today! The 2 green dot stand by mode how do u turn that off completely? My is still on won’t turn off! Your 2 dot is green color! My 2 dot is orange color do that make a difference what color green or orange?

Just got this light. Coming from using the fireflies e07 and so far I'm enjoying it. Very impressive. The switch went out in my EO7 so I hope the Q8 pro doesn't have the same problem. It looks like it came with an extra switch just in case. The UI requires so many button presses the switch must hold up. Wouldn't recommend the fireflies lights, but this one looks serious to get the job down with version 2 of the same UI as the e07.
Thanks for this video. It helped me make an informed purchase out of many lights so I had to come back to show my appreciation and subscribe

My 36 pro light flashed blue while charging then went solid blue. I unplugged it then it goes black. Is something wrong?

@@maich3lbio If you can afford and big size and heavy weight is not a problem, get the q8 pro.. the sp36pro beam profile is not nice, it got ring shadow around it, better get the older sp36 with xpl or samsung led, it have nicer floody beam..if you tight on budget, the sofirn c8f also work best on throw and flood.. i have the q8 pro and satisfy about it, the beam also really nice and spread evenly but keep in mind the turbo is only for play around for a few minutes and not for constant use ..it will get hot to hold in just a minutes and slowly step down.. the only thing that i dislike about q8 pro is they only make the 6500k version, my eyes prefer neutral light better.

@@maich3lbio hk04 and q8 body and design almost the same but what i heard the haikelite driver have some heating problem.. their temperature sensor sometime will not work and fail to stepdown, so it can be dangerous as you can burn your hands with the heat if that happen.. if you chasing for a throw distances you should lookout also for astrolux ft02s, it got more bigger reflector on all 4 leds.. But for me on this size of flashlight i like flood more, if you want to impress people nearby, the xhp50 will light up entire field like a stadium lights while the sst40 will be more focused and less surrounding lights.. to be honest i dont feel enough with sst40, their performance just a little bit more than the older xpl2 led.. i only like to use sst40 on single led light such as convoy s2+ and the newer sft40(no silicone dome version) on c8..
