yes multiple cameras set up (well, my phone and my partner's phone) and then edit it together after! with the rekordbox pioneer built in recording it doesn't require an external sound card, I can just plug a usb straight in and click record, or direct to my laptop. It takes the levels from the individual channels rather than the master, so just need to be careful not to have the gains too high, as this could cause clipping. are you still getting clipping on your recordings when the levels are below 0db and the gain on your soundcard is pretty low to allow for some headroom?

I opted for the Behringer UCA222 audio interface in the end as it uses phono, Im also doing one angle straight into the phone then uploading as want as little editing as possible as I just don't have the time these days (kids ha!) Ive found an app called Pro Movie where I can change audio settings as I cant see a way in settings on iphone but as I'm recording straight from mixer and using power amps from full Sound System I have to turn everything right down to avoid clipping, its set at 44.1kHz PCM! The Behringer is a cheap solution at only £20, there are better interfaces out there but for now it will do. Should have one going up soon @herbsmansoundsystem anyway thanks for info and great videos!
