I think multiplying it by 1.5× is not a good methodology to account for non-biilding assets you drive by. After all, that $858,000 house you started at probably doesn't have $429,000 in assets outside it (much less the more expensive properties later on).

Also, you can use an Excel sheet as your calculator ,not Google. After noting down all the numbers in the Excel , just like you did in word, you can add them up pretty easily in Excel. Chatgpt is a very inaccurate calculator. Please don't use chatgpt as a calculator. It screws up mathematics like multiplication and division. Also, if you have a bit of time, try to animate or edit the video a little bit. Crop out the windows dock, menus and make your video more presentable. Also, change your thumbnail from time to time to see which looks better. "And It's All Fake" gives no justification to why the skyscrapers are fake. All the best.
This video was entertaining, for me at least. And it has a much more unique and intriguing subject then most clickbait YT-ers like RealLifeLore and HalfAsIntresting. Not only that he literally also uses Rising Action, a technique used by authors all over... So I really don't understand where you are coming from.
