First of all, my sincere and deep condolences to Angel on the loss of his ex who was killed in that horrific and tragic nightclub shooting. Second, Steve looks incredible! Third, I don't think they're ready for a committed relationship at all since they cheated on each other. They're better off as just friends (just my humble opinion).

I know about the loss of a loved one all too well, as I've lost my partner of just 4 years to a horrible disease called spinal meningitis (he died on Christmas Day, which is also on my birthday). It was hard to accept the loss, but I've moved on since then.

I love Judge Toler. This episode is one of her best. She is clever and humorous, a winning combination. I thought both of these young men were sweet. I am glad Steve was there for Angel when his ex and friends were lost in nightclub shooting. I believe they will always be friends.
All I have to say I know BOTH of these individuals and BOTH are human with feelings and life just like every other human on earth no matter the color or same sex couples or whatever, they are both great awesome people . People are so funny...you saw it was going to be a gay couple and you watched it anyway. I'm a lesbian and I believe that Jesus died on the cross. I'm faithful, I give back, I make an effort to be a great human being and even that isn't enough for some of these judgmental people. The whole purpose is God sent his son was to give his people another chance to get it right. Jesus spreads love, happiness, and acceptance. He made sure his people felt cared for in exchange for their, loyalty he gives you unconditional love. Being gay isn't a sin. I believe god made me and my wife in his image that's all that matters.

My mother loves me, but since she was born in the 1930's, she will never accept me being gay. I understand that it is not my right to force my family and friends to accepting me being gay. But they love me and still associate with them. As long they accept as person, I am happy. I wish them the best for these two in their lives.

The sad thing about this is that LGBT already has a hard time with society and then we run across these messy type relationships within the community that further gives society a reason to look down on gays as being messy and promiscuous. This is an example of two men who just aren't ready to settle down and that's too much drama and stress to be dealing with when life is so much worth more than that. My condolences go out to Angel for his loss in that shooting.
