FRESH COCONUT BARFI l NARIYAL BARFI l TRADITIONAL INDIAN DESSERT

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
CUT THE FRESH COCONUT INTO SMALL PIECES
& REMOVE THE DRAK PORTION
GRIND IT
1 CUP GRINDED COCONUT
ROAST THE COCONUT FOR 3-4 MIN.
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP MILK
STIR CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL CONSISTENCY LIKE THIS
6 INCH MOULD WITH BAKING PAPER
POUR IT INTO THE MOULD
KEEP IT 10-15 MIN. FOR COOLDOWN
CUT THE BARFI INTO PIECES
CHOPPED PISTACHIO ON THE TOP
