The difference is in the consistency the purée is more fluffy and creamy while the mashed potatoes are more chunky and less creamy! Thanks for watching and good luck on the giveaway!

When you put meat into a pan with grease in it, you’ll find it hurts a lot less if you lay it down away from you. That way the hot grease hits the stove and not you. Did it the other way once while shirtless, and that was the last time that happened…
