You ladies seem so fun to trek with. I hope you’re able to go again. Thank you for this content; this sort of thing is life sparing.

Wow! Hats off to you ladies! You are brave! You all are from my neck of the woods, Georgetown. I'm 61, and my husband and I are considering taking horses on the Pacific crest trail too. This was very eye opening. I think we will try the trail up around hat creek or maybe even further north. The terrain is less rocky. I hear the spring dried up by hat creek though, so water can be a problem. It definitely will take some careful planning and research. Thanks for making this video!

I love this video thank you 🙏🏻 it’s given me hope all I see is young women doing this sort of thing so it’s lovely to see someone my age doing it. I’m planning a long ride with my pony later this year Covid permitting. Xx

You guys did bloody well in that steep stuff. Love the honesty. Did you do another ride? We are just looking at options for a ride from Canada to Patagonia so was interesting seeing these sections of trail. We had similar issues in the Carpathian’s so felt your pain!

They were planning on continuing on the section they didn't get to complete, but unfortunately forest fires closed the PCT in that section the day of departure. I was supposed to hike with them to do the filming. No further plans were made to do this again. Thank you for watching!

I asked a question on an Appalachian trail asking why horses were not allowed on the Appalachian trail. I received so much hatred from AP hikers. Name calling, and I was told that "I live in Utah, so shut up!". I thought that these were National trails on public land? Horses were used on the Appalachian trail since the Indians first got horses from the Spanish. I guess just the PCT and the Continental divide trail.

👏👏To the brave & daring riders & their horses. 💭 I thought of Bernice Ende when I watched this. *Search this AMAZING woman's story out if you want more inspiration!
