My favorite hunting channel!
Nice shot! Love watching these traditional longbow hunting videos.
Thanks for watching
Peter, great video! All traditional bowhunters should add a saddle to their hunting toolbox. I have been saddle-hunting for quite a few years, and they are lightweight, compact, and versatile. They are great tools for a run and gun hunt or an observation sit for a likely hunting location. Keep the videos coming I. really enjoy them.
Thank you🙏
Nice hunt and a great shot. You are so good and God bless you. Rick
I enjoyed watching this
Thanks
I had to watch it again and loved it!

Man fluid! Nice shot!
Thanks
Great work on video and nice shot.

Hi, today i have made my first double tap to deerhunt at 60 M with my carabine. I'm so proud, fleeing distance 0 M for the two deers. I know it's not with a bow but what an emotion. Best regards.
Congrats! 0 meters fleeing distance with a bow is a spine shot
@@peterjuulsgaard sorry carabine in french means riffle . 60 m with a bow 😱, i dont even try. Sorry for the mistake of translation.
Great hunting and cinematography Peter! She didn't know what hit her 💪

Going to save this for later when I can kick back and watch it on the big screen without fear of interruption. Can't wait....

Great job telling your stories. Always enjoy them.
Thanks!
Great video - as always 👍🏼🏹🦌😊
I really enjoy your videos. You are a true bowhunter and a very good shot. Keep making videos. Traditional bows and saddle is the way I hunt whitetail deer.
Thank you sir!
Thanks for watching
Awesome job Mr. Peter! Great video, great hunt!
Thank you
Beautifully taken video Peter and a great way to show off the saddle and then with the side benefit of a deer ;)
Thanks my man!
Well done! Love your "tales from the Willows".

You made the saddle look effortless! I love this stuff, and truly appreciate all you do.
Thanks alot!
Nice shot! Thanks for the video, awesome as always...
Thanks
Really enjoy your videos, also love the details regarding bow/arrow set up. Actually helped me dial in some of my bows! Thank you!
Thanks. Your welcome
Congratulations! And your videos are amazing!
Thank you🙏
Perfect shot execution. Great shooting!
Thanks
Nice hunt Peter. I always hunt from a tree saddle. I use the single stick climbing method or the double rope technik. Very safe because you are always attached to the tree.
Interresting! Thanks for watching
Excellent shot Peter! Enjoy the venison tacos! ;)
Thanks my freind!
😍👍
Great Hunt
Great Camera Work
Great Video
Well Done Sir
👍👍 🏹🏹
Thanks
Just noticed this hunt. Great job Peter, really like all the camera angles.
Thanks Bill
Congratulations. Very nice video- good soundtrack too. What's most important - a very good shoot. Could be good to hear some more feedback re hunting from the tree saddle.
Thanks! Well I’ll probably not be using saddle more than 20% of the time, because it aint suitable everywhere I hunt. But some day I’ll give some more feedback
@@peterjuulsgaard Thank you, looking forward to it.
In Germany, we say "Waidmannsheil"!
Thank you
Great hunt is this your new bow?
Thanks! No this is just one of those I have🙈 I got this in spring 2020 though
Nice shot Peter and way to back out and wait, I didn’t and it cost me a huge doe whitetail the other day, wish I had your patience over excitement . Outstanding shot placement and doing the right thing.
Thanks! I’m use to say: As soon we have released the arrow, we can’t make anything better for the deer. So no need to hurry. Better luck next time bud.
Very COOL! What country are you in?
Thanks! I’m in Denmark Scandinavia
Nice shot, beautiful bow too what poundage limbs?
Thanks! Thats 55# longs
@@peterjuulsgaard nice!
Bueatiful release right in the pocket.
Another fantastic hunt Peter! I have really enjoyed hunting out of a saddle this year as well. I wonder how those Roe deer taste comparable to white tail?
Thanks bro! I coulden’t say how they taste compared to whitetail, as I haven’t tasted a whitetail. But roe taste like Caribou, just more fine in the meat structure
@@peterjuulsgaard Someday I will have to try one. Happy hunting.
Hi Peter! Big fan And greetings from Portugal!
Your videos are going next level in terms of production. Great job! Although I was hoping to see you VPA riser with the super recurve limbs in action, still love all your videos!
Just a quick question: where do you buy your insert/outsert? Having trouble to find them in Europe or China...
Thanks! I appreciate it! Actually I’m practicing with the Morrisons on the VPA to use the rest of the season. I just wanted to hunt a little with the Bear TD first. Hopefully we’ll see the VPA in action. I’m getting my insert outsert from “Yeseje” on AliExpress
hello what can of treesaddle you use on your video
The brand is Scorpio! If you are living in Europe I can recommend www.bowgearshop.com they have various models
Where are you hunting?? Based on your name my guess would be in Denmark :)
Yep! Denmark
Love the videos but I hope you get rid of the saddle
Thanks! But why should I get rid of the saddle?
@@peterjuulsgaard it seems everyone is going to a saddle. I've been hunting out of 2 different saddles the last 3 years. I'm going back to a stand . your hunting and shooting videos are the best thank's
Thanks. I use both saddle, stands and climbers. Thanks for watching
hi Peter i would want to buy a Scorpio Saddle but do not know how, may you give me the web site ?
When the war in Ukraine startet we where cut off to the Scorpio saddle. We cant buy it anymore. It’s made in Russia
Total nice
Thanks for watching
Where do you buy that wool jacket? Or is it flannel?
Thats Asbel wool asbellwool.com/
@@peterjuulsgaard thanks. True to size? Or run large or small?
@@Stykbow mine is an XL and I’m 181 cm tall or 5,9 feet tall. There is space for underlayer too
