I loved this! I remember my 9th birthday, my mum got me a little teddy holding a yellow number 9. I brought it to school and the boy I fancied turned it upside down and said I was 6 and just a baby. I remember shouting at him that I'm a big girl and 9 not 6. 😂😂 I'm now 33

One thing my parents did for us growing up was had each sister pick out a gift for the birthday girl. That way we were so excited when she opened “our” gift. Also, at the end of it all, the birthday girl always had one small gift to give the other sister that she picked out. To say “thank you for all my birthday gifts”. That shit really worked because I was always soooo excited for my sisters birthdays!!

This was such a joy to watch. Darcy has grown up so much, I can't believe what a little lady she is. For Pearl, I have a lot of friends with multiple kids. What they always seem to do is on birthdays the younger ones get their own small present to unwrap. That way they have their own new little thing to distract them and they don't get too jealous of the older one.

For Pearl, I have a lot of friends with multiple kids. What they always seem to do is on birthdays the younger ones get their own small present to unwrap. That way they have their own new little thing to distract them and they don't get too jealous of the older one.
