Started today. Trying to lose some weight for the summer. My issue really is that I get hungry a lot, even after eating, so I end up eating too much. Like, I physically am super hungry, even if eating a proper amount of calories. (1600 or so, my bmr is around that)
I feel like I have that problem sometimes, my advice would be to try drinking a lot of water, especially when you feel hungry. It will help suppress the hunger feeling

You would have to consistently keep a good diet and workout. Like I said, in the video, I believe, you have to be consistent with the workouts just as much as taking these. If you take these with a bad diet and don’t workout, it won’t give you the results

I’ve been using it for 4 months and I try and work out regularly and eat well but I’m not always able to and it has kept from at worst gaining more weight if I eat something unhealthy and at best, losing weight really quickly if I limit my calorie intake. I would recommend it for sure!
I LOVE it! I have the same bundle but my Inno Shred Night Shred is the original not the Black edition. I get energy, feel less bloated and my trips to the bathroom are definitely "cleansing" lol Just drink a lot of water for sure to make things flow better. I get a great second jolt of energy in the gym. Im able to work out for 2 hours pushing myself to the limit lifting and still able to knock out 35 minutes on the Death Master...I mean Stairmaster haha
