For me, I think a very important point that may be overlooked, is when he said if you feel like you may lose an edge while crossing over, keep your feet moving and power through it. I have found that to be very true!
This is super helpful. I'm trying to learn this for roller skating but the same principles apply, haven't heard an explanation quite so clear as this one!
