Thanks for the note. Of the likely thousands of carbs I have worked on, somehow I have manage to not destroy any by using a power driver with torque limitations
@AdventureMachines I could probably pull it off too. But the guy I recommended your videos to probably shouldn't use a power driver. Great videos though, thanks for the content, very helpful.
Hi Ken, I have a 950 2004 Adventure S. My carburator is leaking even the enging is off. I start the gasoline pump and I start to see speling gasoline from the back carburator. I just opend the air box and pull up the carburator and I see that is coming out gasoline. Do you have any idea about the problem? Could i t be a ring?
Just got into carbs and was wondering about designation of airjets at about 2:30min. According to repair manual, following your explanation from bottom jet = main jet (40), middle = Idle air cut off jet (80) and top = idle air jet (50). Could it be that you mixed up middle and top jets value? When you continue, you correctly refer to changing the 80 to 70 jet.

Dougie, never use a powered driver to work on carbs.
Don't remove diaphragm if unnecessary.
Always reference air/fuel position before removal.
