Awesome video! Greetings from Hungary :). Our experience with desflurane during BIS guided anaesthesias, that 0.7-0.8 xMAC is enough to keep BIS between 40 and 60. Furthermore during opioid based anaesthesia (sufentanil tci) we can lower DES to 0.3-0.4 xMAC.
