You take mountain biking to a whole new level real inspiring stuff you are showing Scotlands beauty to people who would not see it otherwise. And your biking skills are awesome too. Great video
Absolutely brilliant reminder of how MTB is also about enjoying the outdoors and nature. It's what got me started in MTB! Thanks for the awesome vid mate
I liked it. All this ‘Flow’ and ‘Great descending’ is ok in an ideal world but if you want adventure then ‘stop start’ trips are just another part of it. Cracking views
Ow man.... I've been following your channel for a few months now. I'm from The Netherlands and have been to Scotland 8 times now. Last year first time with my mountainbike. Your rides are so inspirational. Thanks man. Can't wait to visit again. :-)
Absolutely amazing stuff mate! After watching a couple of your vids now im 100% going to put Scotland mountaunbiking on my to do list. Keep up these awsome adventure vids mate I'll be watching!
..I can't add anything,to what has already been said, but that's another top drawer video for us mountain bikers to enjoy, truly brilliant stuff...,so glad i found you,and subbed last week,..thanks so much..
Such a great route around Ballachullish. We did the 3 peaks (without bikes) many years ago and came down the same way as you but missed the singletrack path and found the boring fire trail instead. Must have been a lung-busting ascent ..... amazing views though. Miss that amazing place! Bravo!!
Andrew, your vids are amazing, fantastic you show us the highlands I’m sure we all would love to ride thanks bud and please keep it up All the best Ed👍...
Big man that took balls, that is a danger zone, but you nailed it well done great viewing as per "" don't think you swore once though whats ""happening :) lol
Thanks for bringing us along on your ride, very much enjoyed the video. Makes my local Oxfordshire trails look rather tame. Take it easy up there on your own though eh, you look a fair way from any useful help! Cheers
The Scottish Tourist Board should be sponsoring you man. You show Scotland of so well. I am sure you must attract loads of visitors after they have seen your vids, even if they are not into mountain biking.
Beautiful video! I found your channel through BKXC. Really like what I've seen so far. You're doing an excellent job, please, keep them coming. I'm sure after Brian sees this video, he's going to want to go back to Scotland. ;)
blown my head again wot a vid fair play you. keep on popping them out and good on you I wouldn't mind doing a couple off these trails that view I something else im hurting to come back to your country im just waiting for the all clear off the misses im gone :)
Just finished a day plastering in London! Need a shower something to eat ! My usual five hours kip ! Then I’m driving up to Scotch ETA 10ish tomorrow ?!! NOTIFIED AS REQUESTED
Damn good job dude, Beautiful trails and scenery, hope you took a couple of extra inner tubes and a weapon along with you. Your'e a beast for this one !
This is so good! Keen to give this a try. A little far south for me though at the moment. Ive only just started riding a few areas near Lossiemouth. I ride Ben Macdui a few weeks back and that was pretty sweet. Sweet edit though dude be cool to see you out on the trails some day
McTrail Rider I made a novice video on my youtube page if you wanted to look. It's very much similar to this ride where it's hike a bike. If you you from Ben Macdui and head to cairn gorm then down into the skin resort it's pretty sweet. Don't bother riding up to ben Macdui from the ski park as bugger all to ride. Go the long way around and approach from the loch. (If you get to ride it)
I’ve arrived in Bonny Scotland at Fort William seems like a good place to start!! The journey from London was a breeze in the car at 3.30😬 weather is a bit moody but the sun is winning. The mountains look fantastic!!! Looking forward to riding with you lads wherever it maybe!!!
McTrail Rider Oh yeah now that I've watched on the rest of the video I've noticed that😂 Yeah I think everyone's goal is the same😂 however I find it difficult to avoid😂 but you're seemingly an expert at it. Keep up the good videos, very enjoyable.
sweet Jesus the view is amazing….been to Glencoe and kinlochleven last summer-really good riding there as well, been up to binnein mor you should check that out as well if you haven´t been up there yet...good Video Keep them coming mate
Hey mate. Any! Chance you can add links to the view ranger GPS track you're following? As I say we're planning a trip to Scotland next year & this would be a belter. Excellent video
Sick stuff! I really like Scotland, its so beautiful! I wonder if you ever meet other people out there. I would love to spend some hours alone up there. Its so quiet and peaceful. Awesome!
Bravo m8 . Hope brakes are amazing I had the purple Hope tech E4’s 203 f 180 rear hope floating discs and they was amazing with matrix pads in! Will be buying these again for the new Orbea full enduro end of month when she arrives may go for the orange as urs look mint with the blue frame. Brilliant vid again mate was epic to watch thanks 😎🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Call me perverse but that is the kind of thing I would like to take on. Something about raw unsuitable trails that I enjoy. Great video as usual, that view was stunning.
Another brilliant video in Amazing weather ....we are having a good time of it lately . Have you thought about guiding ? You have alot of knowledge regarding routes and trails
@@McTrailRider It can be pretty uncomfortable. On one desperately rough trail in the Yorkshire Dales back in the 80's I temporarily lost my vision as a result of the constant vibration. I managed to stop without coming off but it took several minutes for my vision to stabilise. A rather worrying experience. Keep up the good work.
Excellent stuff Andrew. Remember hiking those two hills (Munro bagging) but I can't imagine trying to ride them! Just wondered if you carry (or have thought about) a PLB or Spot Tracker when you're on your own in case it all goes pear shaped and you don't have a phone signal? I'm seriously thinking about a PLB for when I ride solo in the middle of nowhere (not that I ride stuff as hard as you do).
Other than the main glentress trails do you know of any good trails near to the glentress forest? That looked like a difficult ride! Here from bkxc stayed for the great ride videos 🤙
Innerliethen has some pretty epic trails (angry sheep is my favourite) and plenty of downhill tracks. Golfie is great, especially flat white, and thornilee is worth an afternoon, super steep, rocky trails like nothing else in Scotland. Can't go wrong really!
McTrail Rider Ah down south there is Bike park Ireland and Ballyhoura which is massive about 90kms of trails! New bike park called the Gap opened in Dublin which I haven't been to yet but looks very good! Keep in touch if you decide to come over I'd love to meet you for a spin!
That view had to be worth it. Amazing! Sorry, but I have to ask a bike question. You've bombed some pretty gnarly trails on that bike. How do you feel about it? The Calling has been "calling" to me all year. Have you found the shorter travel to be a disadvantage at all on the tougher enduro type trails? I can't decide between longer travel, slightly steeper, or shorter travel, but slacker, like The Calling.. Either way, it's definitely in my top 3 for my next bike.. Great vid!
top video as ever! cheers! So basically, do the bottom 200m's of this route! Wee thought btw, before you end up with a million videos (a good thing looking forward to them) and then having to organise them Is you should probably start organising them in to playlists on your channel, dunno, categories like Munros, Enduro, black trails, red trails, loonballism  or something along those lines. Just a thought!
You say don't take a bike... yet the vid has just made it look like a bucket list trail for me. Love it!
You got the most epic vids out there my dude.
Another lockdown find. That view was incredible. Amazing man. When the weather is on point I genuinely think Scotland delivers like no other. Awesome.
Still the best view I’ve ever seen! Scotland can be so awesome some times😍
The world needs more dreamers, and lunatics that was superb, please keep this up...
The flow at the end is the reward for all your effort before that! Well done
I liked it. All this ‘Flow’ and ‘Great descending’ is ok in an ideal world but if you want adventure then ‘stop start’ trips are just another part of it. Cracking views
Man, what epic views. That’s why I’ve got into mountain biking this year to see views like that & feel that great sense of achievement
That is some true dedication to hike a bike that far up. That is incredible. The view is epic. Your passion is inspiring!
Wow Andrew that is incredible, what views ,you are so brave .i would love to walk this’s one but good on you biking it x❤️
You're not wrong with that view, looks stunning, epic adventure ride, who cares if it's rideable with views like that, great vid :)
Amazing views, thank you for taking us along 👍
Stunning scenery, Great video and very inspirational! Greetings from across the pond in Ireland!
Love the views! Thanks for taking us along. I’m impressed that you didn’t have a single crash, flat, or mechanical on that terrain.
Ow man.... I've been following your channel for a few months now. I'm from The Netherlands and have been to Scotland 8 times now. Last year first time with my mountainbike. Your rides are so inspirational. Thanks man. Can't wait to visit again. :-)
I absolutely will :-)

Walked this a couple of years ago, so impressed you rode down that! You're making it look way to easy.
Such a great route around Ballachullish. We did the 3 peaks (without bikes) many years ago and came down the same way as you but missed the singletrack path and found the boring fire trail instead. Must have been a lung-busting ascent ..... amazing views though. Miss that amazing place! Bravo!!

Wow!!!! That is one hell of a view! Stayed very close to there, many years ago. Beautiful country. Cracking video :)
Your videos are stunning ! Keep on narrating them !
Another McTrail Rider Epic adventure!
Really love this video, so rad!
Danmn bro...Every ride you do is epic. Thank you so much for sharing.
Astounding view. Scotland is truly beautiful and that was some skilled riding. You got a friend in me.
Brilliant view. Sadly, I don't think UA-cam does it justice. It must look incredible in person.
Dude that was an epic day on the bike - thanks for sharing!
Just discovered your channel from recommended and damn did UA-cam get it right for once, amazing content dude, keep it up.
@@McTrailRider I certainly am dude, especially the lesser known trails, makes me wish I was into biking while I still lived in the highlands.
Cheers
wow hell of a hike up. But what a rewarding view! Keep em coming matey
The Scottish Tourist Board should be sponsoring you man. You show Scotland of so well. I am sure you must attract loads of visitors after they have seen your vids, even if they are not into mountain biking.
Another great vid brother! Still can’t get over how stable that chin mount setup is. I think we need a “how to” on how you set that up 😀
Beautiful video! I found your channel through BKXC. Really like what I've seen so far. You're doing an excellent job, please, keep them coming. I'm sure after Brian sees this video, he's going to want to go back to Scotland. ;)
Nice video man. keep it up!
Saw you at Tweedlove the other day, major respect to what your doing, keep it up!
Absolutely amazing!!!!!!Respect!
You‘re incredible! Awesome video!

Wow... that's impressive! Love the landscape, come from southern Sweden there everything is flat and i visit Scotland 2005 and i really loved it!!
Love the teaser at 2:30 haha had me for a minute.

you inspired me bro!, you rock
Outstanding! 😍
Doing it....🙌🏻
The first complete circuit of the Munro's on a mountain bike was in 1988. I think it involved a lot of carrying!
Can’t even imagine riding any mountain on a fully rigid 😬

Thank you again👍
Can’t wait to do something like this👌🏻
That was nuts!
Yeah, I need to get back to this one soon 👍

Very jealous of what you can do! Do you prefer technical riding or flowy? Keep it up!
