As good as Lamine Yamal is, I don't think his name should be in the same sentence as Messi. He is one of the best players to come out of La Masia, I mean do you know how good you have to be to get regular minutes at Barcelona and play for the Spain national team at the age of 16. On a club of Barcelona's caliber, one of the most lethal attackers on that team is a teenager and is already good enough for the national team. He's not a guaranteed starter, but for someone who's 16 years old he could end the season with 50+ games and that's so many games for a teenager, assuming Barcelona gets to the champions league final, Spain has a deep run at the EUROs, and he represents his country at the Olympics, and Barcelona need to communicate with the Spanish federation so that history doesn't repeat itself especially with how Pedri has struggled with injuries in recent seasons.
