      Yes you can, but the consistency won’t be the same and your buttercream may be yellowish in colour.

      No, it doesn’t melt easily. It has good stability in warm and humid conditions.

    Don't have shortening in our state 😢what substitute can replace it please 🙏 tell me

      Hi, if you really can't find shortening, you can substitute it with unsalted butter.
      However, the consistency and durability will change:
      - Texture and Stability: Vegetable shortening is solid at room temperature and helps stabilize the frosting, giving it a firmer texture.
      Butter, while flavorful, has a higher water content and can make the frosting softer and more prone to melting, especially in warm conditions.
      - Flavor: Using all butter will give your frosting a richer flavor, but it may also alter the consistency and spreadability compared to the original recipe.
      - Emulsification: The combination of butter and shortening helps create a better emulsion, leading to a smoother frosting. Using all butter might result in a less stable mixture.
