She lost her love, team mate, leader, and the one who always accepted her, and he lost his big brother, the one who was always there for him and the heart of their family. It was a deep and heartbreaking loss for them both.
You can tell that Kori was absolutely ready to kill Damian from the way she said "Not even for Dick's murder?" There was nothing but venom and hatred in her voice.

If you watch the Injustice movie, you see that Dick’s death really was an accident. I see both sides of it. Dick wasn’t prepared for an attack from an ally in the middle of a brawl with an enemy. However, Damian expected Dick to catch the weapon, since he “always does.” I see why Star struggles to forgive Damian for the death of his friend and brother, however, she shouldn’t be so hard on the kid.
Honestly, I feel bad for Damien. He killed Dick on accident knowing he catches his baton all the time and having trust in him, and yet, he doesn’t catch it and still dies. None of it was his fault, and he still got blamed for it.

Depending on the continuity it was but the most accepted one is where he lost his temper and domed nightwing. One of the movies has them in Arkham and when he lost his temper his weapon flew out of his hand and struck him in the temple. Look it up that scene was haunting with how silent it got.
In this continuity Damian threw his weapon at dick expecting him to catch it. He doesn't so it decks him in the head and makes his neck land on a conveniently placed sharp rock which snaps it.

If you watch the Injustice movie, you see that Dick’s death really was an accident. I see both sides of it. Dick wasn’t prepared for an attack from an ally in the middle of a brawl with an enemy. However, Damian expected Dick to catch the weapon, since he “always does.” I see why Star struggles to forgive Damian for the death of his friend and brother, however, she shouldn’t be so hard on the kid.
Haven't seen the movie, so don't know how it differs from the comics, but involuntary manslaughter is involuntary manslaughter.

Honestly, I feel bad for Damien. He killed Dick on accident knowing he catches his baton all the time and having trust in him, and yet, he doesn’t catch it and still dies. None of it was his fault, and he still got blamed for it.
What? That's entirely his fault. The baton didn't fly at Grayson's head with lethal force all on its own! If anyone should know that a moment's inattention is all it takes to get taken down, it's Damien.
Ummm it's 100% his fault, Dick would catch the baton when they were training, and he had no distractions, not in the middle of an all out brawl where his attention is completely off of Damian, who let his temper get the best of him, doesn't matter if he did it on accident

Depending on the continuity it was but the most accepted one is where he lost his temper and domed nightwing. One of the movies has them in Arkham and when he lost his temper his weapon flew out of his hand and struck him in the temple. Look it up that scene was haunting with how silent it got.

In this continuity Damian threw his weapon at dick expecting him to catch it. He doesn't so it decks him in the head and makes his neck land on a conveniently placed sharp rock which snaps it.
