    Thank you for showing us! 😊👍🏼
    A little over one year ago when I started doing jewelry I said to my self that i would never go into weaving or wraping.... did'nt listen to myself 😉
    When I started weaving and wraping I said to myself that coiling is not for me, I will never start to coil, thats to hard on my hands an to time consuming.... I'm not listening this time either, today I'm going to find my electric screw driver 😎😅👍🏼❤
    And yes! We would like to see more of you and your work 👍🏼👍🏼😀😀

    New sub here!
    Don't apologize for explaining what you are doing, even backtracking on mistakes or because you need to and definitely not for the length of this current vid. It is fine as is.
    Many want to learn from and...yes, with you.
    You, unlike so many others, take the time to explain clearly and without speed running the commentary which is what many want and need if they care to learn
    Keep up the good work and continue to share knowledge and creativity!

      Sadly, I see (on your channel page) that you haven't made any more tutorial vids for a while. At least there are a few more there!
      I hope all is well with you!!!
      And yes! I would like to see and learn how you did the 3 pendants you showed at the end of this vid.
      Staying sub'd just in case you decide to make more vids. 😉

      I did the pendant in my other video with this for the main coil and it looked great. I also switched out the single coil running along side it for a 14g halfround wire though. So glad you enjoyed the video.

    Thank you so very much for this tutorial! I've been wanting to do this but had no idea what to do. I've got 2 dremels and now I can use one to make the coils that I now know how to do.i don't expect the first ones to be perfect but I'll keep at it until I'm happy with the result. Thanks again!!

    I have found that if you use a old style manual hand drill or crank powered drill you can get the same quality as a power drill, but you can control the speed and you're able to have more control over your wire with the fact it will only go the speed that your hand can crank the handle. You can still buy them online and find them in hardware stores and at yard sales or places that sell old used tools.

    • @sethedelinski348
      @sethedelinski348  2 роки тому +1

      That's a goog idea. My dewalt drills trigger does have speed control. Not sure about other brands though. Just gotta ease on the trigger pull. Also convenient quick switch to reverse for if I accidentally overlap.

      If you go to Amazon and type in fishing swivels it will show you a bunch of options. You could probably also pick them up from any sporting goods store that has fishing gear. It's just going to help to make your wire spin freely with the drill.

      @@sethedelinski348 Woooooah they're great coils. You will have seen the photo's of the professionals coils close up after they've been annealed and the colours. They would look fantastic if your craftsmanship is anything to go by.

      @@PENFOLD1962 yeah I used to also be a rep for a coil company and did product photography for them. There is a lot of technique in getting the full spectrum of colors out of them for pictures. The cobalt blues and bright purples can be tricky.

    • @PENFOLD1962
      @PENFOLD1962 2 роки тому

      @@sethedelinski348 Yes, they are what I was talking about. My coils go through the colours but it's a matter of split seconds then they end up one colour lol. The micro photography of the coils look brilliant but to have the same colours and coils on jewelry would be really eye-catching. You must have got some stunning photography, you can do it all. I was chuffed if I could straighten my wires in a drill chuck or a mega fine wire around a bigger gauge wire using pegs and buttons lol. That was so satisfying I can't imagine the satisfaction you must get with your abilities... Absolutely amazing work.
