There's a misunderstanding. NATO has a majority, unanimity is not needed. If Hungary does not ratify membership, Sweden will still be a NATO member. It is simply a political courtesy

@TheGovernor2003 Russia wasn't invited to a single one. Those people slaughtered Russia's nazi troops to stay independent, and though they thankfully ruined many Russian families by taking their sons, they didn't hold their independence.
