Hi Katrina! This is the best explanation on eye gazing I’ve heard. Thank you! Also would you be so kind as to consider making a video to help us “practice”? I think that would be so helpful.
Oh wonderful Vanna. Thank you. I will think about making a guided meditation for eye-gazing. That's a great idea. Here is a meditation for couples on Insight Timer where I guide you through deep union with each other. I think you would like it for sure. insighttimer.com/katrinabos/guided-meditations/tantric-meditation-for-couples-to-experience-divine-union Thanks so much! Enjoy! 😊💗✨
Thank you for responding! I'm single but will check that out anyway : ). Your energy is very comforting, Katrina. I really look forward to an eye gaze meditation with you even if it's just virtual. Thanks again!
I've been able to look at myself in a mirror ever since an NLP class back in 2000. I Al's joined a book club that was reading "The four agreements" by don Miguel Ruiz. The group coordinator had us pass around a mirror. Several people couldn't even look at it. Others broke into tears.
It all depends. Maybe 5 minutes to start. But it's best to just feel into it. If it feels good or is interesting, just continue. It's meant to feel natural.. a way of connecting with someone.
@@KatrinaBos1 I mean when you are at rest, or meditating, your pupils constrict, so i thought its the same as you peacefully gaze the eyes of your partner..
When this happens with a partner… or ex ..lol. Do they usually share the same experience? It was almost like an OBE. Everything stopped. I want to know so badly if he felt this too.
Hi Amanda (sorry for the late response)... It's a great question. There are times when it is a shared experience for sure... and even then, I believe that we each still have different depths possible at any time. I can definitely relate to the deep hope that he felt it too. ✨
You have such a beautiful calming effect on me, I love how raw the content is...thank you for this 🌺
Great! Love the way you present eye gazing, so powerful!

I see love, joy, and balance. Playfulness. Clarity.

Yep. I definitely understand the tears... what a world we live in... so much healing to do.
@@KatrinaBos1 love this!
Thank you Katrina. I love your gentle videos. Is there a specific amount of time you eye gaze for?
It all depends. Maybe 5 minutes to start. But it's best to just feel into it. If it feels good or is interesting, just continue. It's meant to feel natural.. a way of connecting with someone.
Is it true that when you do tantric eye gazing, your pupils constrict and your eyes harden (strengthen)?
I don't know. I've never heard of that. I sense that my eyes tend to expand instead of constrict... That's interesting.. 😊

I feel a Peace when I look into your eyes, and yet I know that you are not who I "think" you are. That's okay though, I still look when you talk. 😊
😊 Thanks Bill. I don't really know who I am either... Still nice to chat and look into each other's eyes though. 😊
