Government should use cost-effective ways to render services. example: Deliver water using the skilled people of that community - teach them to do the work and hire them to install their equipment. etc. It will take long but they would have skilled labourers who can uplift themselves

Boiling water alone is enough adding cement is asking for problems 🤞 and serious problems for that matter.

So the government can't even did 100 borehole. . .that would cost under 1 million rand.....
