I have shin splints, but I’ve been binging your videos! As soon as they clear up I’m going to try a free class! I’m a runner and I’ve been weight training for years, but OTF seems so cool and just something different. I’ve also been a plant-based vegan for 7 years, so these new videos are exciting!!
Hey Andrew. Hope you read this. I have my first free session scheduled with OTF next week. I have been doing weight training as a beginner for about four months at LA fitness. I want abs which I’m not getting mainly because I hate cardio. The benefit of OTF that I see is flatter stomach but 30 mins of weights, do you think that would be enough to keep the muscles that I have built so far? If I join OTF i would want to come in 4 times a week. So, my concern is I would def get a 2 pac at least but I’m worried if I join OTF I wouldn’t focus so much on my muscles and eventually lose it all ? Please offer your advice. Thanks. And btw I’m new to your channel and you are freaking AWESOME. ❤️❤️
I agree with what you said. Like yes I’ve been going to orange theory but I hadn’t really been pushing myself since my first class. But I did today in honor of seeing your video today. To the point where I had sweat dripping down my face a little at the end of the treadmill part of the class. Thank you for inspiring to push myself!
Ahh HECK YES! Isn't it a great feeling after!? The best thing I've noticed about "getting my groove back" so to speak, is that I am starting to hate my rest days again haha aka, I'm looking forward to going back again! KEEP GOING, FRIEND!
Hi! This was ultra motivating! I legit watched this and signed up SO quickly for my OT tonight (cannot back out now! $$) Joined OT a month ago, it's been quite a ride, found your videos and they're great! I'm enjoying this #notfat journey- thanks for sharing yours!!
You were in my hood (if that was the Greenwood Oasis). I soooo want to try it but also have a lot of trouble turning off my brain. Great job on ramping up the intensity! Also on your vegan journey. Look, even if you slip now and then, you’re doing better than most everyone else. 💪🏻

Bodybuilding.com videos with self motivated personal trainers on perfect diets don't work for me. We will cheat our diets, skip classes, lose control over it! Thank you for sharing your experience, I have lost 27 pounds during my 4-month journey. Your videos and the Fat Tuesday Fam have helped me with that extra motivation

I love how honest you are with your dieting. I'd love to go vegan but I would have those cheat moments too. You make me realize it's okay to mess that up every now and then. Very relatable with the Easter egg oreos too 😂
I love doing the Float Pods! Totally cool experience to shut your brain down, rejuvenate, relax, meditate, etc. The one I did you could choose to have Theta wave music piped into your pod that sends healing messages to your brain. It's especially good if you have back issues, it relieves pressure. Ahhh....
What do you think of the new OT app? I prefer the "old" one we see you using in this vid. The new one doesn't have the same easy layout. If you scroll down, its changing the day at the top at the same time, and its too easy to sign up or end up on the waitlist for a day your weren't interested in. The new app has zero improvements and should be deleted. (This new OTF app is being encouraged here in Tacoma and it sucks to sum it up in one word)
To be honest, the new app kicked me out and I had to log back in, didn't know my password, etc etc so it was just easier to book the "old-fashioned way" lol. I still need to play around the new app more!

I LOOOOVE floating. U gotta do an hour and a half. I use ear plugs and my sleep has been transformed ! I sleep deep now go about 1 times a month always at night and it has long lasting effects.
Honestly, when I wait that long, the first class isn't super fun, but you'll get back in the swing of it soon. Also, it's only making it harder to wait any longer (TRUST ME I KNOW THIS ALL TOO WELL HAHA)
