I just came from the clip of this lady TRASHING her friends house and blaming it on the kids. I am terrified. Uh definitely one of the worst moms ever, everything short of killing your kids. She killed her daughters credit and impacted her future. Incredibly selfish.

In the UK it's possible but it's a high interest rate card. As long as you pay off the full amount each month it costs you nothing, and starts you off on a good credit rating!
If she took out 10 credit cards but only owed $3-4k, it sounds like they all had pretty low limits. If she was a student it's sadly really easy to get credit cards with no credit or job.

My mother did this to me. It was worse though, she also stole my college money being sent from the VA (we had the same name-I swear she did that intentionally). She destroyed my life, could never work legally, could never attend college. Didn’t find out it was her until she was on her deathbed. Then she gave me one last blow and left over 500k to my younger brother upon her death, 10 years my junior. Even after I cared for her 24/7 while she was dying (while he worked). He never gave me a dime either. Then my luck just kept getting worse, at 42 I finally cleaned things up to where I was about to graduate nursing school but just 1 year before graduation I unexpectedly became disabled. I only receive the absolute minimum from disability as I never worked “legally”. To this day, at 50, I still have never had a bank account (or money to put in it). My father and brother live n million dollar homes as I am barely surviving day to day. I’ve never known such greedy & gluttonous people as my own family members. 💔
If there’s anyone or any lawyers out there that can offer any advice I’d be much appreciative.
