    Shadow-Wrestling with movement call out
Hey Wrestlers I am going to show you my way of Shadow-Wrestling, there is no right or wrong way, but there is a Practical and a Non-Practical way.
I don’t really call out my movements when I Shadow-Wrestle because it’s supposed to flow. But I wanted you to comprehend each movement executed. Your movement’s should be done with finesse, combining speed, aggressiveness, and control. This will instill proper muscle memory.
    Train like you battle!

This was great to watch. I'd been doing this at home since march last year and felt like I was crazy. Glad to see this is a legit way of practicing

Max Reign In my opinion Shadow-Wrestling is one of the most important tools of Wrestling. Every club or school I trained at it was not stressed because there are too many students or Wrestle Coaches don’t believe it’s that important... For me when I coach anyone I try to critique their Shadow-Wrestling so can I see how clean their movements are executed. Thank you for checking out my UA-cam 🙏🏻

Thank you, I appreciate it. By the way, I Wrestled at the Pan Am’s in 2019 in Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling at Santiago, Chile. It was my first time out of country. I did not get to travel that much because I stayed with the team I wish I could’ve seen more of Santiago, but your country man and your country are very nice! 🙏🏻

I’m still in high school but I am not Wrestling for any High School. I received a scholarship to Wrestle at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, I will now only Wrestle Greco-Roman Wrestling at the National and World level. I still teach Folk, Freestyle, and Greco when I have time. 👍🏻

I actually need braces myself both of my canines are twisted, but the reason why I’m not getting braces because we can’t afford it, hopefully by next year things will be better. Your answer to this question of course you can Wrestle with braces but like every injury it’s got to be taken care of with steps to prevent wires from coming loose and poking through the skin. I was in a dual awhile back there was a an injury timeout for a Wrestler his wire poked through his lip, but the reason why he he was biting down on his teeth without any protection. The Wrestler was not wearing wax your dentist gives you for prevention of your wires rubbing or poking your lip also he was not wearing a mouthpiece and that is very important when you’re in a combat sport especially Wrestling. Most Wrestlers do not wear a mouthpiece it’s optional, but when you have braces it should be mandatory 100%. You know nothing is perfect, but if you wanna Wrestle bad enough you will. Well I forgot to give you the outcome on the injured Wrestler. The Wrestlers parents and the on-site medics diid some corrections on his braces and the the Wrestler continue to compete with no problem. If you want something bad enough you’ll make things happen... Wrestle on!🙏🏻
