Definitely 90s vibes…. Got that motownphilly/poison groove with touches of MJ. I’m still new to k-pop and don’t know Taeyang outside of wedding dress but I had to look up his age cuz this song hit too hard. Yup my age, grew up with the same influences and it shows. Jimin…. Jimin…. Like…. This is has to be heaven for him. You can feel how comfortable he was in the range and he got to be a different type of sexy and just groove… I love this chapter for them!

I kept thinking Taeyang--who I am not familiar with beyond his reputation--is a generous artist. I was surprised by how much time he gave to Jimin in this collab, the MV and song. @@QueensThief76455 There are fresh Armys that aren't familiar with the kpop scene yet!Bts's projects,shows,concert and solos over the years are humongous already and need a lot of time to go through all of that!For old fans maybe it doesn't seem difficult but for the new one's..??They have a lot to cope with!Also there are some fans that are not into or interested in kpop general that follows only bts and a few other Korean artists/idols!All opinions and likes are respected!So I believe not all of fans are expected to have the knowledge of other kpop artists and groups, especially when they were -are in hiatus for past years or to be expected to know all the 1st ,2nd even 3rd generation groups (when already 4th is rising too) !We are talking about a lot of here.Adding Solo artists to the equation....its a "university subject alright" !!!Even myself is a very "picky" fan and listener!!I just wanted to recommend an other song that I loved and just found -believe it or not -from a Korean show that a celeb was picking which people can sing or not and at the end Taeyang and a girl sang this song-,meaning that u didn't search it,the algorithm of yt didn't pop it out!I found it randomly,even when I already known BB (ya,fantastic baby and bang-bang-bang where poping out constantly though)!Just saying....

Living for Jimin’s lower register. I listened to a lot of genres and a lot of music and singers in my life. Jimin’s voice is so very unique. And his vocal chemistry is one of the best. This isn’t my favourite genre for myself and for his voice. But he definitely adds a lot of colours in this song.
I don’t know much about Taeyang other than he is part of Big Bang which is the first oils group to be self producing.
