The problem with boostio complaining publicly having the job he has, is that we all know that making content for an org like 100t is a very big deal and will benefit him on the long run on top of that he never talked about it privately to nade when he can and he knows he will be listened to every org wants to win just talk to them man why would anyone feel bad for you when everyone knows he is getting a big contract and he is still whining about it on stream instead of handling it like an adult I love boostio but this is so stupid on his part
And the fact that he was streaming when he said this lol; that work (streaming) was out of your contract with your main job, if you already know that you have early appointment within the next day you should get your rest early lol, love him for bringing something new to vct , but dude was so soft and unprofessional with this.

It's okay to complain about a job sure, but you don't do it publicly in front of thousands of people, if you have issues try to reach out to higher ups, if he actually tried to we all know the issue would be resolved, 100t is literally known as one of the best orgs to be a part of. Doing this just makes you look bad for future sponsors to be honest.
i feel like the point that you can complain about any job is valid… at the same time you have to understand your audience. people who aren’t pro gamers won’t understand what it’s like. just like someone who has never worked fast food doesn’t know what it’s really like.
