I've watched hundreds of RV videos and this is the first time the advantage of slide toppers reducing rain noise has been mentioned.

Slide toppers also act like shade to keep the space cooler, but can be a pain in high wind conditions
Prefer the 44LFT for our purposes....YES, on the dishwasher. We would place it on our current property in the high desert (hot summers, cold winters). I prefer the 2 awnings on the camp side because orientation for our placement would be camp side to the south (need full awnings in the summer; no awnings in the winter) also we can do a full length deck on the camp side (no slide). Also, love the 2 bathroom option on the 44FLT for guests, children, grandchildren. BUT, I love the kitchen and living room on the 42LFT...unfortunately, can't have both....2 bath and big open living & kitchen area. I like that there is no solar package because I would like to design my own. Love that there are limited penetrations on the roof.
Very nice unit! I love the fact that you get both a sofa and theater seats. My only wish is the medicine cabinet in the bathroom. To answer your question, I've never had a dishwasher in an RV, even though my last 2 fifth wheels were prepped for one. But I would use a dishwasher in this unit.
This is a beautiful unit
Back in the early 90s, my wife and I both worked at a members only campground chain. It was very interesting to see how many people, many of whom we knew from the area, that had essentially mortgaged "the ranch" just to be able to buy their membership and pay their annual maintenance fee. Most were just common folks until they were at the campground. There, they did their level best to demonstrate their financial qualifications to be there, and sadly, their normally mild demeanor turned ugly so they could they could feel like they were being judged negatively by those there that actually were able to afford it. I was a member of the Security Team and frequently worked 2nd shift. We referred to these behemoth RV rigs as park models. Most weekends through the warm season, it wasn't unusual for us to have 20-30 of them on site, and we had a total of around 80ish sites. I was absolutely amazed and, at the same time, terrified by the tow rigs. Many of the members, both locals and travelers, were using to tow these "park models". One elderly couple, she was in her late 70s and he was mid 80s. Neither of them had any business pulling that giant, but they did... with their 1984 Chevy Caprice! 😮 Even with spring bars in use, the rear bumper looked like it would drag on the slightest of bumps! I'm sure glad that we both moved on after a couple of years!

I think they could have splurged a little bit more on the kitchen sink. The one with the cup wash out and multi use sink with the strainers
Here's a thought that you should consider passing on to the manufacturer. Why not raise the roof? In a manner similar to low profile travel trailers. By raising the roof during setup the lofts can gain a couple of feet of headroom, making it a true 2nd floor. Something that should grab a much larger market share.
If they use this idea I would appreciate receiving a unit to live in. I have a spot for a travel trailer but can't afford one.

Beautiful RV but way too big for a travel trailer. Should be a 5th wheel. Do you happen to know why Alliance, as well as Brinkley, seem to be going back to residential microwaves instead of convection ovens? Great video! 👍

Looks nice. Honestly, I've never had an RV with a dishwasher or even a washer/dryer. But, we use those appliances at home, why not in RV? As far as tow vehicle is concerned, you're suggesting my GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD should not be pulling something like this? I guess I need a better understanding of towing tolerances. Otherwise, the GMC dealership is handing me a line.
Question, why do any destination trailers have black tanks? Any destination type. I know usually gets retrofitted with a real toilet. Thanks
Can a personal 450 or 550 tow this to the Destination?
In most cases that's what's used to transport them to dealerships. Many owners though, will contract a trucking transport company to move.
Does anyone know what company manufactures that center hinge interior door in the rear bedroom?

Having so little outside storage is disappointing.
I like all that that's in there even a washer and dryer but the one thing is couches got to go get new couches are any kind of couches cuz my dogs were telling those up the leather I like to have solar on top of my trailer we have problems are electric in the trailer park but I would like to have any call to have one of those and to have a porch if I can have a Porsche that has the over where's the roof

Can't stand rv's with a window behind the stove. I don't want to clean blinds and windows every time I cook. Not everything is messy when cooking but sometimes it is and I don't want the hassle. Also why cramp up the bed in a small slide out. Who wants to smack their head and face on a hard table right by their head? Going to bed should not have to feel like climbing in and out of a catscan. If you get the bed to tilt why not add a small electric glide that can move out and back when getting in and out of bed instead of having to scoot back and forth in bed.
And chill out on the windows..If I wanted to take in all that scenery, I would just go outside. Rv industry went from putting in more windows for extra light and scenery to windows everywhere. RV industry needs to learn to get their "goldilocks" not too much, not too little.
