For the beginning you need to have your camera looking straight across because it always looked like it wasn’t going in but then it did and vice versa. Other arcade youtubers do it like that.

The vendors/employees who stock these kinds of machines need to really test the vending mechanisms for every row first before making that prize available...they just think the prizes will fall no matter what but don't take into consideration the length and height of some prizes. Make sure the prize falls correctly before putting it in!

We also had a store manager retrieve the stuck headphones at 9:15:)
I won an iPhone on this machin the drawer opened and the iPhone fell against it like in these clips but did not fall into the prize gap … then the drawer closed … how do I go about sorting it now ?
