He didn't lol. in his discord server he's releasing development updates and has said numerous times that he's busy. and that's why the update isnt out yet.. He literally changed the entire game in this update thats coming lol/
It's called "Storm Chasers", you can get it from Steam. One thing to note is that the developer suddenly disappeared a few months ago so it appears it's no longer under active development, it's still very much worth buying though!
