Hello! Nice video! I am a 5th-year IISER Kolkata student doing my MS thesis at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel. I would like to add that IISERs, IISc, ISI, CEBS, and NISER are very specialized institutes are may not be suitable for everyone. An often overlooked con is the bad college life as compared to IITs and engg colleges. On the flip side, you have a very strong alumni base across the global academia.
Going to give following exams and yes i have done my preparation very well 1) JEE mains of course 2) after Qaulifying then JEE advanced 3) MHT CET 4) Bitsat but not sure about it

Note: IISER and NISER is best institute for research not for placement. After 5 years BSMS most of student's go for PHD of 3 to 6 years. On average 10 years you have to do study after 12th.

@@RamenKatsudon So basically the courses are designed by professors and most of the content don't match with other engineering colleges of India .Level is higher and more application oriented hardly will you ever get any theory or direct application based questions in midsems and endsems so if you attend the classes you are miles ahead of those who don't since the proof basically teach some concepts which are rarely found in the books I mean the common prescribed books he must be using some other research material or stuff I don't . This goes with 90 percent of the courses . Hence attending the course is the best choice also since grading is relative it is quite difficult to get a good cg . Also there are those surprise test in class but that is highly branch dependent phoenix branch is notorious for their surprise tut test rest branches it is chill test are announced mostly
I remember mera class 12th mei RVCE mei ECE branch m ho gya tha but according to my parents Bangalore m voh logo ka admission hota h jinka kahi admission nhi hota 🙃(And because of that i am now a dropper)

VITEEE Rank Is Depend On Normalization Of Marks. If You Did Many Wrong Qestions It Will Affect Your Rank , And As This Exam Does Not Have Negative Marking So 90% Students Does Tukka Strategy. So Think Before You Give The Exam.

Even few software companies allow other branches too but the number is less..

I am a bitsian. I can tell that the 0% attendance is removed from bits hyderabad. They now include attendance in evaluation. So whoever wanna come just consider this point. Otherwise overall clg is best.

@@Unknowntalk01let me tell you one thing, In Jadavpur University if you are from any circuital branch you are eligible for almost all of it based companies and software related jobs, but it's not true for every branch, branches like electrical, electronics and telecommunications, instrumentation and power engineering is eligible for software placements as well... Even few software companies allow other branches too but the number is less..

@@aviralshukla5694 you can give jee 2024 regardless your percentage in 12th board, but you will not be eligible for JOSSA and CSAB counselling (if you don't get atleast 75% in boards), hence you can't get govt colleges from Jee mains
I am a bitsian. I can tell that the 0% attendance is removed from bits hyderabad. They now include attendance in evaluation. So whoever wanna come just consider this point. Otherwise overall clg is best.
