    For anyone considering this for Parkinson's, if the doctors tell you you're a good candidate, DO IT. My dad had it done and the difference is night and day. It's like a magical miracle. This is not exaggerated.

    May God bless him with 100% health. We never know how ungrateful we are in life. remember folks, health is the greatest wealth, coming from a guy who was on death bed once.

    My dad has this. The first day though was tough he was almost drunk . His legs and body felt heavy and he couldn't walk right. Couldn't drive safely. He was even overly silly and almost annoying like a drunk can be. Thankfully they could tweak it .

    Beautiful! My husband was diagnosed 8yrs ago and on Monday he had the left side done, on 2/19/19 he will have the battery implanted in his chest and on 3/25 he will have the right side done. I can’t wait to see the great results. Yes! Totally agree; until there is a cure this is the best cure yet.

      @@mns919 sorry, I just saw this. It’s going to be two years and he’s doing good. Shaking has stop completely and medication has been reduced. He still has other symptoms, remember this is not a complete cure but all in all compare to those who have not has surgery he is doing fine. He is very independent and he sometimes drives locally.

    • @sandyd2527
      @sandyd2527 3 роки тому +2

      @@jh5195 he has his day. He still gets off but it does not last long. His shaking has stopped completly. He is still very independent. His meds have been reduced but I still make sure that I monitored him. His speech is a bit affected but not a major thing. He still drives sometimes and does things around the house.

    thats amazing holy. deep brain stimulation makes PERFECT sense to fix this problem and other problems because it stimulates areas and cell of the brain to REGROWN. in parkinsons disease brain cells start DIEING so to bring them back and regrow them makes perfect sense.

    My father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease about 3-4 years ago. It's not too serious but it's evident when he has bad days because he can barely hold papers or bags without unintentionally making a ruckus. I was actually distracted from some personal research on a completely different topic by this video of a girl with debilitating Turrets going through DBH. I barely caught it, but they mentioned its more common use to treat Parkinson's so I decided to look into it more for... you know... future note. I got kinda sad and just to torture myself looked up "Debilitating Parkinson's Disease" and found this. I never thought a video less than 2 minutes long could make me cry but as my dad's daughter and only child, I guess it just really hits home. I'm so glad this treatment has worked out for others, and I'm praying it might work for my dad if it ever gets that far.

    Please research Andy Cutler Protocol, it has permanently reversed MS diagnosis for many. It addresses the underlying cause. If u have MS, ask urself, do I have amalgams? did I have them removed unsafely? Did my symptoms worsen around these times?

      All I can say is keep trying to work with insurance. Maybe you can change companies? I don't know. The drugs have not worked well for my dad, but this surgery was like a magic fix. What's more important? His life or money? Even if you have to make payments for the rest of his life, it's worth it.

      My dad had this done 2.5 years ago. It worked PERFECTLY and gave him his life back. Unfortunately, the battery only lasts for up to 3 years and his quit so we're waiting on surgery to get that replaced. I believe if you can avoid this, the device will just keep working. It requires adjustments as the disease progresses, but that's basically a matter of a doctor turning a knob.
